Went to take advantage of what seemed like a great deal when they had the boxes for $7, got them before a road trip. We got 2 boxes, both missing fries, we were already on our way out until we noticed so we called to let them know. They were nice enough to say they’d compensate with 2 large fries whenever we got back from our trip, we go to cash them in and they said the best they could do is 1 large fry which was fine I suppose if they weren’t the crustiest fries possible. No curly fries, bottom of the batch. Do better Arby’s. Hire better workers and managers.

Food here is always what I would expect from Arby’s. As a franchise, this place is solid for hot deli sandwiches and similar offerings. Gyros and the beef and cheddar sandwiches are always on point with fresh ingredients, and every online order we’ve made has been packed with care.
The service at this location is great. The manager seems to be working there every time we go to eat here, and is always incredibly friendly and talkative. Even after just ordering twice from here, they know us and give us our order.
This location got renovated within the past few years, but I appreciate that they kept the old tall hat sign up. I miss when fast food places would have more visual flavor and neat decor. This makes the location so memorable and distinct, and Dyer Street would have something missing without it.
Generally, Arby’s isn’t the vibe for a lot of people in the area, but this location hits if you remember it from elsewhere in the US.

Slightly outside the box? Yes. The roast beef sandwich was fresh and hot. The counter staff was very polite, and our order was delivered to our table surprisingly quick. I noticed the other customers had walked in also sat down, and their food was served just as fast.

The brisket sandwich turned out to be significantly smaller than I had anticipated, especially when comparing it to the images on the menu, and particularly given the price. Perhaps if you choose a different dish, it could be a more favorable choice and leave you with a better experience. However, for me, I think I’ll pass on this place moving forward and opt to make it at home.

I found a piece of blue PLASTIC IN MY SANDWICH!
I’m usually a bit annoyed when I need to open my sandwich to adjust the haphazard distribution of ingredients. However, on this occasion, I was filled with gratitude that all the meat was located only on one half of the bun bc it caused me to remove the top bun before taking a bite. Upon which, I immediately noticed a bright blue strip of plastic covered in peppercorn ranch, pretending to be shredded lettuce. Having made this discovery, I was then able to have a choice about whether or not to ingest it. I chose not to.

Every single time I have come here the worker “Laura” is always rude, never has a smile on her face, and ALWAYS gives the customers attitude for JUST ordering. This is why this Arby’s restaurant doesn’t have much customers, Always a terrible time when she’s the one “helping” the customer. Please get employees who enjoy their job or atleast fake it enough to be pleasant for the customer please. Either have a serious talk with her to FIX THAT ATTITUDE OF HERS, or just get rid of her PLEASE.
