Just left the drive-thru in Bastrop, ordered a classic roast beef with curly fries and got a roast beef with cheese and sauce added– which I didn’t order at all, as it makes me sick. My husband got a Ruben that they drowned in Thousand Island dressing, which HE can’t eat, either. So tired of paying for food I didn’t order and can’t eat– it makes more sense to just flush money down a toilet.

Overall good. Place was clean and modern looking. Big roast beef sandwich was very good. A little stingy on the fries with a lot of tiny pieces. Overall one of the better Arby’s I’ve been to.

Person at the drive-through window was great and very professional, but the sandwich is another story. I’ve never seen such a sloppy mess and they expect you to eat this while going down the road. This is ridiculous. People should take more pride in their work.

The Arby’s in Bastrop is always clean & the employees are always friendly! Our order has never been wrong & the food has NEVER disappointed!! The Traditional Greek Gyro is my favorite menu item- the meat is always perfectly seasoned & tender; the flatbread is always soft & fresh; the veggies are always fresh & crisp. Whatever flavor shake, those are always amazing!!
