Very clean inside including bathrooms. Excellent service and hospitality. Jani was a breath of fresh air; so kind and cheerful. And how can you beat the box special? $10 for a full-size French dip, fries, mozzarella sticks, drink, and dessert? In 2026? Why go to a McDonald’s?

Me and my girlfriend received some coupons in the mail and decided to use them after not eating at Arby’s in a while as this is the closest location to my house yet it’s a 20 minute drive. Walked in and we stood there for a decent time waiting for someone to come take our order but Devin helped us as soon as possible and took our order. He was extremely friendly and even answered our questions and explained on what we got with the coupons. The food was good and their curly fries were amazing. Their mozzarella stickers paired with the Arby’s sauce and marinara sauce goes hand in hand. The location is clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We will be coming back to this location.

We had a large order, and the team at Arby’s on AW Grimes absolutely knocked it out of the park! They took the time to prepare everything fresh and made sure it was packaged neatly and with care. Every item was correct, hot, and delicious. It’s clear they value quality and customer service. This was hands down the best fast-food experience we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

This was the first time I’d ordered Arby’s on the app, prepaid, and picked it up through the drive-through. Everything is delicious, everything was perfect. The only problem my sister and I had is that the woman at the window told us that ALL the sauces were in the boxes. They didn’t ask if we wanted Arby’s sauce for the sandwiches, but they did say all the sauces were in the boxes. We got home, and the ONLY sauce in the boxes was the marinara sauce containers for the cheese sticks. No Arby’s sauce at all. We were home when we found this out, and we weren’t going to drive all the way back out just for the sauce. I mean, the food is all still really good, but it would’ve been nice if they’d asked us if we wanted Arby’s sauce instead of telling us all the sauces were in the boxes when they weren’t. 9/10 we’ll definitely go back, but now I guess we’ll have to not trust that they’re telling us the truth if they say all the sauces are in the box and just ask to make sure we get it.

I ordered my food using the app. It was supposed to take 5 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later only to find that all the doors are locked. It is about 7:00 p.m. So the only way to get my food is to wait in the short but very long drive through line. Only two cars ahead of me but it took forever. When I finally reached the window my food was not ready. It had probably been 35 to 40 minutes since I placed my order. I love Arby’s food but I always end up with issues no matter which one I go to.

We came in around 10:45am, well after opening. The restaurant was empty and not busy at all. Our food took forever, and when we received it, our son’s roast beef sandwich looked like it was old, and dried out. Lobby was super dirty. There was one gentleman slouched in a booth with his leg sticking out into the walkway, and refused to move his leg when we walked by. He was also vaping INSIDE the restaurant. There was a blanket in one of the booths, a backpack on one of the tables, charging cords strewn out on another table, ketchup dispenser was inoperable, and next to the trashcan was a shopping bag with two cold redbulls in it. Very odd experience. I gave 2 stars simply for the fact that the chicken sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and fries were decent.

Best Arbys I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot! Tammy was unbelievably nice!! The prices were really affordable, but the value was even better! 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks and 2 orders of cheese sticks and 2 apple pies $15!! Wow!! Place was very clean too. Highly recommend.
