We were at the Victoria location on Navarro this weekend. Those poor kids. No management. 3 people for the whole restaurant. Waited 20 minutes before we left. The poor guy that was cooking came out to apologize. He said it was his first week. There were 2 people that ordered ahead of us. They waited 25 minutes. One said her food was good. The other lady gave it a thumbs down. If the Victoria location wants to stay in business, they better get some good management in there. 3 people to run the whole operation was just a horrible idea. The employees tried their best.

Every table was dirty we had to clean our own table. There was no one in there they were sitting around talking. Noone greeted us the manger was to obsessed with talking to her son the whole time. My hamburger was raw so I didn’t end up eating it and our other food was stale.

I had to pay extra for lettuce and tomato. There was literally a tiny dab of lettuce that didn’t even cover half of the sandwich. Sandwich and fries only were almost $14.

Arby’s roast beef is better than most other fast food options. The service in this particular Arby’s was better than most Arby’s I have eaten at. The staff needs to do a better job of keeping the dining room clean.

The old Arby’s location was way better than this new one. This is my 2nd time to eat at this new location. The 1st time, I got a favorite gyro of mine & I vowed never to go there again. They actually had 1 tiny piece of gyro meat. This time I tried the brown sugar blt. I watched many videos on YT seeing how amazing this sandwich looked, plenty of bacon. I never post reviews but a 2nd time receiving no kind of protein is ridiculous. I basically got a blt without the B. Not to mention the bacon had no brown sugar. It was regular bacon. The whole point was to try something different. I bought 2 sandwiches for my mom & I. Cost came out to $16.43. So, I’m not an unreasonable person. I get that places can run out of things so why not tell your customers that you are short on that so we can purchase something else. Don’t rip off customers, just be honest. Such a hard concept it seems.

The girl at the counter was very welcoming and engaged us in friendly conversation. We tried the new pork combo and the brisket combo and they were both delicious. Also, their crinkle fries are one of the best fast food fries I’ve tasted.

I’ve loved Arby’s since they first opened up in El Paso, TX. in 1981 I believe. They still don’t disappoint. Arby’s in Victoria, TX is where to go.
I rated the service as such because they have a lot of young people working there, and their customer service is not enjoyable. BUT I’ll still go, and get me my roast beef sandwich, with Arby’s sauce, lettuce and tomato, and tell them to have a nice day. Yum yum

Great sandwiches. I had Smokehouse Brisket it was delicious. I was impressed. Fries are great. Cashier was nice. Place is clean and inviting. Wonderful place to eat
