Just ordered here tonight. First, we waited for a while at the drive thru but no one ever responded so I decided to go inside and order a to-go order. Food was hot and good overall except the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich didn’t have chicken. Don’t get me wrong, it was a fine ham sandwich but definitely not what I was hoping for.

Every time I order a Greek gyro, I ask for extra onions and no lettuce. Every time I get my sandwich home there are two tiny slivers of onion. Not even enough for the onion flavor. And the time before this, the pita bread was stale and too hard to bite. Why so stingy with the onions, Arbys.

I ordered a fish sandwich with tartar sauce only no lettuce so it would be fresh. Received it, pulled up a bit to get it out of bag , it was not hot and had lettuce on it, drove back around to window, the lady was very nice, said it would take 4 minutes to pull up to red pole, which I did. Not even a minute later she brought it to me. I opened it up and it was not even warm. I just left and threw it away. Very disappointed. I got one last week and it was very hot and good. Don’t know if I will go back.

We were starving. Wanted to try the fish sandwiches that were on a special. They were ok. I would not get them again. Also got a slider way to much sauce. Fried cheese just like any other place. Overall it was okay.
