Do not order from this order because obviously employees cant hear , or.read i specially said no cheese on my double deluxe burger and they had my burger swimming in cheese and the management there refused to refund me for order or remake my order. Please skip this restaurant because they dont give a damn about there customers orders or know how to.follow instructions

Service was so bad , everyone who ordered after me got there order first, and after waiting food was cold, in Rosa came to the front and act like she had an attitude with me because I didn’t want cold food that I waited on, I would give this place zero stars I could, my sandwiches was cold. My bread was unfresh, and they didn’t even have any fries. Most of the tables were wet And still dirty very unpleasant visit.

Their service has been great since my childhood! And the food is pretty consistent. It’s fast food of course, but it always tastes good and does the job. I like that they offer mellow yellow too! And the fries are all so good and curly. I’m glad to have this place so close to home.

Stopped by the Arby’s on Hwy 6 in Sugar Land and had an excellent experience. Justin, Monica, and Allison were fantastic—super friendly, quick, and attentive. My order was fresh, hot, and exactly right. The dining area was clean and the service was above and beyond. This location has become my go-to thanks to the great team. Highly recommend!

When they offer 2 for $6 gyros, we come! We get the lamb as it reminds us of Greece. The meat comes in slivers, as if from a vertical Greek roasting spit. Well, not exactly, but there’s plenty of meat. We get extra sauce and have at it!

I ordered a beef and cheddar only, the drive thru guy talked me into getting the combo….I had several errands and I live 45 minutes away…I couldn’t wait to get home and relax to eat my BNC that I had been craving only to get home to find a plain roast beef. I was so upset. I’ve been calling to complain for 10 days now and no one answers the number on the receipt. $10 wasted. What a disappointment. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

Came in for the 2 for $6 greek lamb gyro with medium curly fries and drink. Charged me regular price for the gyro manager had to come over to fix my bill. Loved the flavor of lamb with the tzatziki sauce. Will definitely get again.

I’ve always been a fan of Arby’s roast beef sandwiches, and had a taste for one while driving around Sugar Land Texas. Google maps sent me to the closest location, which proved to be a clean, comfortable dining experience, with helpful employees in hot fresh food.
