I don’t know that there’s any redeemable qualities and factors about Arby’s. Personally, I abhorred the food. But the worst sin is how expensive it is, for how awful it was. $7 for a Calssic Beef and Cheddar. When your smallest meal of your classic dish is over $10, you are just in the wrong.
The dining room was adequate, in relation to cleanliness and atmosphere. The staff was friendly enough in the “they’re real people”- smoke a cigarette in their car during their lunch break before coming in to serve you food – kind of way.
Despite my negative experience, I’m sure this is just the typical Arby’s experience across the board. So if you’re ok with that, you’ll know what to expect.

The food business is really tough right now, getting good employees can be tough. I used the app to get a BOGO of the loaded Italian (sandwich was a little small) & the Turkey Bcn ranch. I used the restroom quick & my food was ready. Most fast food places suck these days. You did good! Helps that it is Wichita Falls! I get called sir all of the time here!

I placed an online order that was scheduled to be ready at 4:30 PM. I arrived on time and waited inside the restaurant. For nearly 30 minutes, multiple employees walked past me, looked directly at me, and did not acknowledge me at all. The only employee who showed any professionalism or concern was the only male employee I observed working that shift.

After I had already been waiting for about 30 minutes, he came over and told me he would be working on my order next. At that point, the manager loudly yelled at him for helping me instead of prioritizing the drive-thru.

I then asked the manager if I could go through the drive-thru to get my food since I had already been waiting over 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready at 4:30. She told me that drive-thru comes before any orders, that the screen was full, and that it didn’t matter how long I had been waiting because drive-thru is the priority.

Her tone was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I have never been spoken to that way at a place where I am spending my money. If I had not already paid through the app, I would have walked out.

To make matters worse:
• I observed the manager touching food that came out of the fryer with her bare hands.
• The restaurant was filthy.
• I was eventually given the wrong chicken sandwich.
• Another female employee began a transaction when I asked to add two sides of cheddar to my order, but she walked away to help the drive-thru before completing it. The transaction was never finished, and I did not receive the cheddar. I did not want to wait another 30 minutes just to add two sides of cheddar, so this resulted in a loss of money for your company and poor customer service for me.

I do have proof of these issues if needed.

This entire experience was unacceptable. I will never return to this location as long as this manager is working there. I expect better treatment, proper food handling, and basic respect as a paying customer.

We arrived at about 645pm on a Tuesday evening. We ordered 3 gyros. One of those gyros was a meal. I was persuaded to purchase the Arby’s lemonade as opposed to the fountain drink lemonade. I was not disappointed. The meat in our gyros had great flavor. Our food was brought to our table fairly quickly after ordering. The dining area and restroom was clean. I would highly recommend.

The Staff was good but the food ain’t as tasty as I thought it was especially the curly fries that I’ve always wanted to try. The crispy chicken burger was kinda dry and the chicken nuggets while filling wasn’t that great. The sauce was great, good for dipping. Also they really gotta get Cream Soda Coke.

Sliders advertised on Facebook, I ordered the first time really good. It a whole piece of chicken like it advertised. Come back the next day the chicken got cut in haft, bought them back in ask the manager, they are standing around not busy at the time. Her response is that how the chicken come in doesn’t seem to care. The chicken is literally got cut in 1/2 after cooked. They either run out of chicken or too lazy to cook more. I called to talk to manager again bc that’s just not right, again wasted my time.

I used to like Arby’s, but the cost of their product line is outrageous! I used to get their brisket sandwiches when they were about 5 dollars. Now for 2 of them it is 8 dollars and some change. The meat is now more fat than brisket. I do not recommend their staff either. I can only hear out of my left ear, and when I asked the staff member to repeat their answer, one would have thought a Karen was now on their staff, and she yelled at the top of her lungs. So, as far as that server goes, she needs to go to a course of anger management classes. There is no ‘atmosphere’, inside the store stinks of grease and old oil.

Just placed an order for delivery. I very specifically requested NO LETTUCE on my sandwich. How did I receive it? LOADED with lettuce. Then, the doordash driver couldn’t figure out where he was and wanted me to come outside to get my food. The address, along with the name of the building, was clearly noted on the order with instructions to leave inside at the front desk. A 3rd grader could follow those directions. And finally, my COMPLETE order wasn’t delivered. Driver said he wasn’t given a drink…but there’s a straw attached to the bag. What is that for if not a drink!! Their customer service was NO HELP WHATSOEVER!! I actually REALLY like Arby’s, but this did it! I will NEVER order from there again!
