We stopped in at this Arby’s around 6:45 on Friday night, curious to try the new Gyro sandwich. We ordered the Gyro sandwich and 2 orders of potato cakes through the Arby’s app for immediate pickup. The Arby’s app was very easy to use, and we were delighted that our order was already freshly prepared and hot when we arrived. The Gyro sandwich was outstanding-the meat was flavorful, the veggies were fresh, the sauce was delicious, and the pita was soft and fresh. Upon arrival, we decided to add 2 Beef N’ Cheddars to our meal. The Beef N’ Cheddars were hot and stacked with plenty of beef and cheddar. All staff were friendly and helpful during our visit. The lobby and dining area were modern, neat and clean. I always have a great experience at this store. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area who’s in the mood for Arby’s!
I wanted to mention that I stopped to write this review because I was impressed with the Gyro sandwich, but I have been here plenty of times previously. I usually have lunch here and have always found the food to be fresh, hot and tasty. I was impressed recently when I tried the chicken tenders and chicken nuggets and discovered that they are solid white meat (not formed!) with a nice breading, and plenty of sauce flavors. These are by far some of the best fast food chicken tenders and nuggets I’ve ever had. The jalapeno kickers are so good, and the curly fries are always hot and fresh.

Disappointing visit.
We had coupons and dropped by here today.
Unfortunately, the staff didn’t know how to process coupons. It took about ten minutes to get it figured out.
I don’t blame the workers. They were both new hires and doing their best.
Joe was especially valiant and committed to doing the right thing.
But it was irresponsible of the manager (whoever that was) to put them in that position.
Aside from that, no Dr Pepper! Isn’t that against the law in Texas?
Overall, a letdown. In previous years, it seems every visit to this location had some weirdness to it. I think we’ll go elsewhere from now on.

I haven’t eaten at Arby’s in years and now I remember why. I ordered the most basic thing on the menu, a classic Arby’s sandwich with a Coke and fries. What did I get? I got an Arby’s roast beef sandwich with melted cheese on some weird bun! And the fries weren’t even really fries! I got like 3 fries and the rest were just hard crunchy pieces maybe in another three years I’ll try again

We ordered 2 Roast Beef Classics, Curly Fries, Mozzarella Sticks, and a Reuben Sandwich. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. They were out of napkins and one of the sauce dispensers was empty in the self-serve station.

As I was walking away, I overheard one of the employees say that they had fresh fish.
The sandwich was made pretty quickly.
The fish wasn’t dropped fresh like I had asked politely. It was very slow in the restaurant. Only one other person was in the restaurant. And there was no one in the drive thru. I’ve been in the service industry for over 25 years. I’d only ask this request if it was slow. I’ve been to this location several times, and never had any issues. Last time I was there, the fish was piping hot. I just wanted the same experience again.

If I could give zero stars I would! Last night me and my husband ate here and the manager was absolutely rude! Looked like she hates her job and hated the fact of people eating in the lobby! We were leaving so I went to refill my drink she looks at me with disgust and goes there ain’t nothing in there.. I was like oh ok.. I asked what time they closed she said 10 it had just turned 9! She needs to do better or find another job!!!!!

Let me tell you about Charlotte! She helped me with my order. This is a valuable employee. Charlotte knows her product, and she even upselled me, which it was a great experience with her excellent customer service skills.
I have been to other Arby’s, and this one had the most cleanliness, helpful, kind, courteous staff.
And of course, the food was made with love, so it tastes exquisite.
I definitely recommend this location.
And I hope that when I go back, Charlotte will be in management or corporate.
