I ordered a double and this is what I got. Looking at the reviews it seems like they are purposely avoiding putting meat on the sandwiches. I’m done ordering from this Arby’s. Good luck staying open with competition moving in.

The turkey cobbler sandwich is really good. It would be better if they put turkey in it. 3 customers in a row had to return them because no turkey was on them.

False advertising! I ordered a rueben today, and it had no meat, just bread and sauce. At least, that is what I thought. No, it had a small piece of meat, as seen in the picture. Food costs too much for this type of service. Unbelievable!

I went by Arbys around at 7:40 pm 11/24/25 and was so rudely spoken to by the person at the drive-thru speaker that I will not ever visit again. Evidently the young man at the speaker has never been trained in customer service and argued with me about what I was trying to order. Arbys is a joke. There are never any customers in the restaurant or even in the drive thru but I have always defended their food until now. Im not about to spend $30-$40 at a fast food restaurant with rude employees. You just lost a loyal customer.

Just left this location with 2ham and Swiss sliders.They were terrible. Cold,hardly any cheese at all..It’s usually much better at this location.How lazy can one be,when you can’t be bothered to put 2sliders together properly!!
There’s usually a young Lady at the window on my previous visits, never had a problem when she’s working. Drove 20mins to get cold I’ll prepared food..DO BETTER.

Enjoyed a free promotional roast beef sandwich from the Dallas Stars scoring 3 or more goals. I liked the sandwich and the horsey sauce. it was quite filling.

I stopped here to grab something quick after work. Took over 10 min to get my basic small order in the drive thru, even though no one was in front of me. And the order was wrong. No napkins, no silverware for the Mac n cheese, no sauces, and a sandwich I didn’t order that was barely wrapped and cold, drink was flat. Only thing they spoke to me was to ask for payment, after I waited that long. I almost drove off without getting my order, kinda wish I did. I don’t go to Arby’s often, but won’t go back to this one.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from your mobile app order today. The staff was extremely rude, showed clear attitude, and didn’t even greet me upon arrival. On top of that, my order was incorrect and the food quality was unacceptable. This was a very frustrating experience and far below the level of service I expected.

Ordered online. The food was prepared quickly and they were helpful. There was only one other couple in the lobby so it was quiet. The restaurant was clean and I had no complaints.
