I had a great experience at Arby’s. The food was hot, fresh, and made just right. The roast beef sandwich was tender and flavorful, and the curly fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy. The staff was friendly and efficient, keeping the line moving while still making sure my order was accurate. The restaurant was clean and well organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. It’s always nice to have something different from the typical fast food options, and Arby’s definitely delivers on quality and taste. I’ll be coming back again soon.

We came last night, and it was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the food was fresh and good. The staff even asked us how our food was and bid us a good evening. I was so impressed by this Arbys and can’t figure out why nobody was dining in?! Highly recommend for a clean and yummy fast food experience.

Out of coke, dr pepper, steak nuggets and mozz sticks. Had a coupon i was going to use but thats out the window now as half of it is not in stock. Stood at the counter for what felt like 20 mins (was probably actually 10 minutes). Drive thru was handled as normal, which really felt frustrating.
Need more workers, to not screw up the truck day so you actually have the product, and also to make the app to where i can actually use it (cash not an option so I’m excluded). How will you be fixing these issues?

Rebecca was amazing. She was super nice in the drive thru comm. When we pulled up to the window to be greeted she was a ray of sunshine. She counted everything in the mobile order and made sure everything was in its place.

If I could give a review of 0 stars I would. This was my first experience eating at ARBY’S with my grandmother, and she had already ate half of her chicken sandwich and it was raw. I am so angry, Arby’s is lucky I am only 17.

I normally don’t leave great reviews for fast food, but I was wowed this evening. We ordered online and picked up at 8pm. The food was perfect and perfectly hot. All the sauces that we asked for, and everything. It was a great experience, and the girl working the window seamed to be happy to serve. It was just a very pleasant experience.

We purchased the new burger deal. Got home and whole burger patty was raw. When I called and spoke to “manager” Candy she was so rude. Told me that’s the way they are made. Then I asked her if she would eat it this way and she said no. Refused to refund my money but said they could remake burger. I will never go to this Arby’s again after the way she treated me. Bad service equals lost business for me.

I went to get the loaded Italian wound up getting the Reuben as well. Really disappointed with the “loaded” part of the sandwich. Barely any meat (shaved?) bit of lettuce a slice of tomato and a slice of banana pepper, lot of mayo. Eleven dollars? ! I won’t get it again. The Reuben was ok for ten dollars just kinda tasteless.
