Two different locations . One for a late lunch and one for dinner that’s how much I like em
I got it with the classic roast beef
And it also came with sm. fry,2 mozzarella sticks,peach cobbler roll (Delicious!!) and a drink. For main entree u can choose from classic roast beef,fish,or crispy chicken sandwiches $7.99 (premium box comes with the French onion dip $9.99)

Ordered a double roast beef sandwich and large potato cakes on my app. My app told me the food was ready after a while so I drove to go pick it up. Went to the drive-thru they told me to pull up. When I told him I had a mobile order get to the window. Had to wait at least 5 minutes before somebody walked up to the window and they asked me what I wanted. I told him that they told me to pull up. I had a mobile order, said okay and took another five 5-6 minutes for guy with the headset to come to the window finally and he asked me what I want. I told him then he said he had to make the potato cakes. Waited another 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru before they gave you my food. I left got home and was taking the food out of my bag and I got to Junior roast beef sandwich I guess is what they give me whenever they were putting it in the bag. The guy with the headset as the other guy making the food. If that was the right sandwich. She said yeah that was it. They acted like they didn’t want to be there working. They should get another job if they don’t like it and I figured when you ordered something and pay for it they would give you what you ordered. Not a smaller sandwich. I emailed the Arby’s complaint line and never got no answer. So I guess Arby’s I don’t care about their customers. That sandwich actually fit in the palm of my hand. Couldn’t believe it. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money At this restaurant find a different Arby’s. Never heard a thing from the email I sent to the main Arby’s company or the owner of this one on why this restaurant is not up to standards like other Arby’s restaurants are.

The drive thru experience was excellent. Even with it only being one worker the food was hot & ready ON TIME. give that man a raise he does an phenomenal job & I would recommend this location to all my friends & family

We got Roast Beef and Beef & Cheddar sandwiches with sides. We also got a Greek Gyro and some Turnovers. Everything was good. The gyro isn’t as good as what you find at Mediterranean restaurants, but it’s still decent. Service was great.

I really liked the Reuben sandwich I ordered. Love the curly fries. This location is very clean and tidy. It’s on a very busy part of the street during the day, so expect some delays driving out.

Made a couple of dinner pitstops on North Collins St after the Dallas Cowboys vs Ravens home game.
This was the first one.
Roast beef sandwich w/ curly fries is usually the go-to order but we had other spots to hit up so we scratched the fries and just got the roast beef sandwich.
There were only a couple patrons seated inside (mind you, this location is RIGHT across from AT&T Stadium so we expected it to be PACKED after the game).
Anyways the girl who served us was courteous. Our food was ready in about 5-10 min.
I remember the roast beef sandwich having more sauce in it. Or maybe we just hit bad luck w/ this particular location and they skimped on the sauce? Also, I remember the sandwiches having more meat in them too! Either way, the sandwiches were dry. Luckily the condiment sauce bar was fully functional.
1/3 of the faucets at the drink machine were also out of service so that was funny.

I went to this Arby’s to try the Good Burger 2 meal. It took a while for my food to come out at the drive through. I didn’t complain because they were close to closing time so I understood. I got back to my hotel and took a few bites of my burger to find it not done. I attempted to eat around it but found that the entire burger was like this. Very disappointed.

The guy handling the drive through was very pleasant! The food was lacking, as the sandwich meat was cut way too thick. Not what you’re expecting from Arby’s. Also, when I asked for salt, the guy could find me only ONE package. ONE. Do better.

This Arby’s has never once been above a 2 star experience every time I have gone. I always go hoping it will be better but never again. I saw the ad for the new Wagyu burger and get tricked into trying this location again. Everything tasted like it was made days ago. They forgot all of our fries and the french dip was clearly smashed under some other items in a warmer for hours. See the photos attached if you want to lose your appetite.
