It’s been months since I ate at this establishment and I regret doing so today.
I ordered 2 classic beef and cheddar sandwiches with no red ranch. It was verbally confirmed and is even on the receipt. (Fed both to my dogs, so at least someone’s happy.)
I glanced in and checked the top bun of the top sandwich with a “special” sticker saw the cheese and foolishly moved on.
When I got home I learned that BOTH of the sandwiches I received were swimming in red ranch so much so that the wrappers were saturated in it had I dismantled the sandwich to check beneath the meat and looked at the bottom the bun.
I shouldn’t have to dismantle a sandwich at the drive-thu to make sure my $13.62 bread meat and cheese sandwiches have exclusively just that. It’s bad enough I should be able to sue for the actual portion size compared to the false advertisement that is the menu photos.
I only give one star because apparently the guy taking orders at the window is the only competent human in the building.
I pray he finds a real job soon, as his existence is wasted with your pathetic excuse for a “restaurant”.
Fast food is dying because experiences like this, to which I say, GOOD RIDDANCE if you lack the competence to make a 3 ingredient sandwich.
The meat was old and dry, the bread was so hard it was inedible, and I was given a chicken/bacon/Swiss, hold the Swiss, hold the bacon abomination when I ordered a Turkey and Swiss.
Major fail.
