Tonight me and mom got Arby’s and it was so good. We go there fairly often and have since I was in middle school (I’m 25). Tonight the woman at the window (didn’t see her name bc I was in the passenger seat) was so kind. We could even see it while waiting and she was helping the people in front of us, she was smiling and seemed really friendly. We pull up, same for us. She had beautiful long purple nails which my mom complimented. It was quick and easy and our order was correct. Our service there is always good, they never skimp on dips, and it’s always quick.

I order a fish sandwich meal and it was fantastic! Freshly made with actually tasty lettuce and tomatoes. The person that took my order was personable and give me a senior discount without me asking. I’ll be back!

We ordered to go as we were traveling through town. The order took an extra long time because my order of chicken tenders was given away at the drive-through. To make things right, they offered us an apology and a free dessert. Now that is what I call service. The tenders were worth the wait, too.

Ordered at drive thru. Young lady at the window was very pleasant and even came out to pick up our credit card dropped in the exchange to pay. Always order the Greek gyro. That’s what’s on our receipt but the gyro wrap was marked roast beef. Wish they would have told me they were out of the Greek gyro instead of subbing a roast beef gyro so I could have ordered something I would eat. Need to start checking order at window instead of heading down the highway.

I NEVER hardly say anything about chain places, but this was a very good version of Arby’s. Staff was friendly and the place was spotless. It was much better than the experience I had in Roland. Had to leave that one because they were out of roast beef… at Arby’s.. RB’s!!!

When we are traveling or in a hurry we will stop by an Arby’s for a quick meal. I usually get the 1/2 pound roast beef with fries and a lemonade. It is really good with the Arby’s sauce. My wife will usually get the Classic Beef and Cheddar.

Out of tea, ketchup and horsey. We complained the meat tasted tough and the manager explained they had to flash fry the meat to quickly prepare it? Picture says it all. Worst Arby’s experience.

Food is usually fresh made to order every now, and then you get some older fries, but for the most part, usually fresh. Some of the employees are friendly, some not too much. Most times seem very short-handed no more than 3 employees most times.

Sure, we’ll move up in the hot sun with no one behind us so your timer can lie to the system while you cook our whole meal…just to correct your lying timer…about 15 minutes we waited on a drive thru order….we travel this stretch of I-40 quite a bit…your restaurant will not be a regular stopping place for us….very disappointed
