Does this ham look fresh and thinly sliced? No it’s thick and tough. My cat will be happy because that’s who is getting the rest of whatever this is. Do better Arby’s, because your prices are high enough to not be serving the paying public this crap.

The rudest drive thru people I have ever dealt with. The woman scrramed at me because I didnt immediately state how many tenders I wanted. They then pulled me forward and immeditaley began harassing me that I was not far enough forward until I was almost to the exit. Finally after 10 minutes I had to go in to get my food. You need to do way better and get the people who have no courtesy out!

Incredibly slow service. Multiple people pulled from the drive through line due to sitting for 20 mins+. Only reason I stayed was cause I was absolutely craving a turkey sandwich.

The French fries were over cooked, and the drink was heavily watered down. The Beef and Cheddar was spot on though. I will go back soon.

I wasn’t aware that fast food had become so complicated that you can only Take, process and complete one order at a time before taking the next order… line all the way to the road from the drive through… and that not just during peak time that’s all day when you’re the 3rd car in line and takes 15-20 minutes before you even get to the speaker.

I used to like this Arby’s but they are having issues now. Tables and chairs were dirty, had to clean one to sit down. I dont expect a sandwich to look like the picture but this is ridiculous. This is the “New” bacon, beef & chedder. I did bring this sandwich to the attention of the manager and they made a new one that was better. Still nothing like the pictures they use but slightly better than the one in my photo. Hence the second star.
