The roast beef sandwich had my son sick to his stomach and throwing up and has my mom currently admitted to the hospital with colitis. Not sure what they did with the roast beef on Christmas eve, but this is not acceptable. They need to make sure their employees are washing their hands and preventing cross contamination.

I feel the design of the parking situation is really bad. The handicapped parking is furthest from the entrances. Elderly handicapped persons must travel 75 feet to the nearest door while the other patrons can park in front of the door. It’s kind of dangerous to be handicapped at rush hour.

The guy in the drivethru was so high he was struggling to take my order and constantly keep questioning several things about my order. Arby letting someone work for them like this gives them a bad image.

By the way THIS fast-food restaurant gets promoted and talked about on television, you would THINK their sandwiches would have a unique taste to them. Nothing separates this fast-food chain from all the rest of them, (except Chic-fil-A). I wouldn’t be surprised if they use GMO to “supply and demand” to the masses. Customer service was good, nonetheless. It was especially steaming HOT at this precise location. I hope never to HAVE TO enter another ARBY’S again for as long as I live.

First time at this Arby’s. Passing through. Sharon at the register made sure our order was correct. Great Customer service. My Greek gyro was perfect. My hubby Turkey bacon ranch also was great. Fresh curly fries.

Sad sad to ask if they have au jus and they say yes (because most of the time they don’t) only to be served brown gravy! Brown gravy is not au jus and if your employees don’t know the difference of what to buy at Walmart when you run out, maybe you shouldn’t run out! Super disappointed didn’t get sauce cause I have my au jus only to be disappointed yet again with brown gravy! That’s brown gravy right there!
