Only took a few minutes to get my order and the curly fries were fresh out of the deep frier. They even brought my food to my table . The floor and every table were spotless . I will definitely be back soon .

Staff was busy talking amongst themselves instead of acknowledging someone wanting to order food at counter. Didn’t get a hi or we will be with you in a minute. So I just walked out ain’t gonna waste my time listening to what happened on date night.

We ordered through the drive thru, once we opened our food we realized that our kids had curly fries in their bags and were supposed to have crinkle cut, and one of the other meals did not get any fries at all. My husband went inside and they gave us the fries. Then my husband opened up his sandwich just to realize it was not what he ordered, so he went back inside to get his correct sandwich. They handed it to him and he came back outside. He opened it and it was cold. He realized that the guy just grabbed it off the line because it was the one that was supposed to be in the bag so it had been just sitting there through the whole situation of him having to go in and out for fries and then back in for his sandwich. So I went back inside this next time and asked if my husband could please have a fresh sandwich instead of a cold one. I proceeded to tell him which sandwich it was and he just cut me off and said “I know.” As he started walking away. He did give me a free dessert card at this point. Then as my husband bites into his sandwich, and he spits it back out because it was slimy and chewy. At this point we just had to get a refund and my husband did not eat dinner.
I do not usually leave reviews, but this was the worst our food has ever been messed up at a fast food restaurant. We specifically went there because we wanted something quick to eat as we were on our way home and it was late. Also, through this whole situation our baby was crying. I know that is not their fault, but naturally it made it all the more frustrating that we were not able to just get our food and go home.
Also, we did not complain about this, but a long with everything else already going on my son was complaining he could not bite through his chicken. It was chewy and grissly… We will definitely never be going back. We honestly never go there anyway, but seeing that the one time we did this was our experience… We definitely will not be eating there again.

I want to give a huge shout out to our Arby’s !!!!! I made an online order, shortly after received a call from an employee “apologizing that their shake machine was down and can they substitute with anything?” It did not just stop there, I picked up my order and there was a nice note, again apologizing for the shake machine being down, and a five dollar coupon for my next order!!!! Great Customer Service Guys!!!

I work late nights, and Arby’s is the best spot in town for food. I’ve been a few times this week, food and service is ALWAYS top notch. Food is ALWAYS fresh.

Staff not very friendly, very rushed, even though I was the only person inside or outside of the store and even though they had to cook part of the food. It was almost as though I was a bother to them. This was a drive thru order, that I went in over, because I had to wait on them to cook part of it, which was fine, but I noticed on my ticket they removed an item from my sandwich, I actually wanted on it. Since they had me pull forward while they made the food (even though no one else was there during my entire visit) I had to go in to get my order corrected.

This Arby’s doesn’t usually have a wait. They make all their food fresh so it may take a little bit, but it’s worth it. I love the small sandwiches, they’re perfect for the kids or for myself. Even better during 2-5 pm $1 special! Love the horsey sauce it’s awesome!! I’ve always loved Arby’s since I was younger. Will definitely go back again.

I ordered 2 sandwich meals and chicken strips meal. Both sandwiches weren’t made right. You ever heard off a cheddar beef sandwich with shredded cheese? If they were out of cheese sauce they should of said something when I was ordering. I really don’t go there a lot so I was really looking forward to it.
