As always, Arby’s roast beef is delicious. I had a coupon that was two for $8 on the double roast beef. It was awesome. Delicious!

I came for the Arby’s sauce.
I specifically asked for the Arby’s sauce.

I left with zero Arby’s sauce.

The food was decent, but the whole experience felt like a live-action episode of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” — a little unorganized, slightly chaotic, and nobody seemed quite sure what was happening.

Not bad, not great. Just… sauceless.

Do better, Arby’s. My roast beef deserves proper support.

They corrected the order mistake done in the app however I was still charged for the mistake and when I contacted them about it after the transaction had processed and was no longer in pending status the manager informed me that it was too late for them to correct the transaction amount and I would have to contact my card company…. So I filed a dispute with my card company.

Went in for a quick lunch they put more cheese than required and it smeared completely around my bun. The manager, 50 year old lady, short, greying thought I was kidding when I asked for another sandwich. After making a new one with the cheese on the side I realized I got the same sandwich back. I just got my money back it was before 12 pm on 10/22/2025. Seriously rude management and cooks purposely are ruining food to drive down sales volume. Managers are supposed to manage not laugh at respectful paying customers. Pay your people more so they can have some pride at their job or something but stop stealing from the community.

It is extremely disappointing when we are sitting in the parking lot placing the order and they turn off the lights and say they are closed online they say they are open till 12 but when we are literally in the drive-through at 11:29, their lights turned off and they say sorry we are closed I’m definitely not supporting this business anymore. What a disgrace.

20231001T1455 – I arrived at the parking lot and ordered my food to the mobile app at 2:45 p.m. The place was dead empty except for 1 drive-thru customer. I walked inside and my meal was handed to me within 5 minutes. The only trouble with this is that the manager who handed me the food was not wearing a hat while working in the food area, including the open fry station. I’m pretty sure hats are part of food safety, right? I then looked around for a place to sit, since the customer area was trashed. Every table either had trash, grease, or a bunch of crumbs on it except three tables closest to the bathroom. Food was acceptable. The floors were even worse, with crumbs and trash underneath every table. The double trash can next to the door was overflowing. There are wet floor signs for no reason, since it was apparent nobody had swept or mopped recently. During the time I was there, approximately 30 minutes, nothing was done to correct any of this. The staff must have been having a meeting because I only heard them talking and laughing the entire time. I’m sure it was important. Upon leaving I looked for a place to put my trash and not add to the overflow situation, and the single trash being across the restaurant looked like it had room. My trash turned that into the third overflowing trash can in the restaurant. I used the restroom before I left, and I can honestly say it was in better condition than the rest of the restaurant.

All staff is very friendly and very concerned when it comes to what someone needs. But The management at this specific arbys needs to be fired. Ill be sure to bring it to corporate if need be. Just because a team member is mumbling to themselves does not give you the right to treat staff that way. A power hungry person who knows that people need help and will take advantage of it in every conversation you have.
