My husband and I have been frequenting our local store in Sand Springs for years. Breads ALWAYS been fresh, employees knowledgeable and polite. I have been eating Arbys since I was 10 or so, I’m 55 now. The French Dip has always been my favorite.
However the past two times we have ordered from them that au’jus has been just about as close to water as it can get. Please fix whatever is going on here. It’s not mixed right or something, adds no flavor to the sandwich and has just turned the entire meal into a flop. I spend $30 for a meal for two people, I should be able to expect a better experience than that.

New one. Still 1 star, actually -5. This 2 for $5 chicken wrap was awful! Chicken is cold and hard as a Jerky. Don’t get this! Picture makes it look fresh

Excellent service and the best Arbys in the area hands down. The GM manager is awesome. Tables are clean and we will be eating here at least twice a week. Thank you for the great service.

Friendliest staff makes expensive food happen. Once you go there for awhile they actually remember your name compared to just taking it down and forgetting. Arby’s on the other hand is a different story.

Attentive service. Great fries, but hey that’s Arby’s. Try the tazitzki sauce with your fries, it’s amazing! You have to ask for it.

I was not impressed with the meal it was very sloppy and I had to completely rebuild my sandwich. I’m very disappointed i was the only person in the drive through yet it seemed as if the cook didn’t care to take the time to at least get everything together as should be.
