Ordered online and picked up in drive thru. Checked food before leaving. Missing one order of steak bites. Had to wait for them. Got home, missing BBQ sauce for steak bites and double burger was a single.

The ladies who served me at the drive-through were extremely sweet and took my order with efficiency. My order was ready very quickly and the curly fries came out piping hot and crispy, just how they should be. Props to this great team.

Bryden when above and beyond! I had a mistake on a order and he was the literal nicest guy about it! Got my name put down and made it fresh for pick up later on. Staff was quick and friendly. Will not be returning to the 86th location due to rude management. This is for sure my go to store now! Y’all are all doing great!!

I usually go to this Arby’s because I never had a problem but recently it has gone down hill to the point of which staff don’t care and just throw the sandwiches into a box without stacking it properly and to where i had not one but two pieces of hair in my sandwich that I know were not mine. Not going back to this one any more.

This price gouging is gotten crazy. I ordered a side of Mac and cheese bites because I saw the little picture of them and didn’t see a price, it was 4.39 before tax. For 4 tiny Mac and cheese bites that didn’t even fill half the small fry container. I’m never coming back to this place.

The employee running the window today (Gunnar) does not know how to listen. My husband clearly ordered the brisket sandwich with his meal LARGE, and Gunnar put medium and gave him a classic beef n cheddar. We also ordered a large Jamoca Shake which we also did not receive. Gunnar needs to be fired. If you’re working drive thru your entire job is to listen to the customer.
