I have never done a salad from Arby’s I was just getting over a cold and a salad sounded good, it’s late and not a lot of places to choose from so here I am trying a salad from Arby’s.. yuck I’m sure it was probably this location maybe, but the lettuce was brown and wilted the chicken it looks like they took a piece of chicken for a sandwich and just chopped it into a few pieces and put it in there. The chicken had a good taste but the rest of the salad was just horrible by some old lettuce. And all it had covering it was like a piece of plastic wrap.. needless to say I will not try a salad from Arby’s again.

Placed online order for drive thru. When I arrive they say ” we just got it, can you come in. ” uhh what’s the difference when you got it? Why do i have to come in? If someone goes through drive thru and orders, do you then tell them to come inside? You just got their order too…. see how that’s stupid? Have me pull forward so your timer doesn’t go up i get it, but why have a drive thru at this point?

Edit 6/22 went Friday 6/20/25 abt 7pm: this time was really good. There was only one issue but it was fixed quickly. The double super i ordered was delicious. The potato cakes were hot and crispy. The jamoca shake had small pieces of ice in it and not much flavor. The crew was nice and treated me like they were glad i was there. Edit:We will never go back. I have issues with bad experiences so we never get fast food or go inside anywhere to eat. Arby’s has always been the exception. This time the bread was like bread from home, not toasted and not the bread I’m used to Arby’s having. The worst part was the curly fries were all broken and old. There was a big chunk of something in with them. (picture below)

Food was good. I asked for the new crinkle fries and got curly instead. When I told the girl about it she said “you didn’t say that” I specifically said I want to try the new crinkle fries when I was ordering. So I didn’t care for that.

Arby’s used to provide fresh hot food…last couple times I’ve been to this location, they have a ton of already fried up potato cakes sitting there with no real crowd, so when I got mine they were cold and kinda rubbery. Disappointing.

They were quite nice and friendly, but after I drove away I found they had given me a different sandwich than I ordered. The fries tasted like they had been in the same grease vat as the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were pretty good.

The cashier was polite. The sandwich was pretty gross. There was a plastic tab in my sandwich. The manager offered to replace my sandwich, but I’m not so interested in returning to that location.

Was very disappointed with my visit to this Arby’s tonight. My daughter got chicken tenders after a softball game and ate half of one which was totally RAW.. Really hope my kiddo doesn’t get sick.
