We went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 number 1 meals. Got them both wrong even though it was correct on the receipt. They argued when we went in to get it corrected saying it was just wrong packaging, but there was no cheddar. When we got the correct sandwiches they were dripping grease. Come on guys, y’all are usually way better than this.

We walked in and were looking at the menu above the counter. A black girl with a tan playboy hoodie walked to the counter and just looked at us like we were bothering her. We decided what we wanted and stepped up to the counter. Still not a word from her. My wife told her what she wanted and then she said “Is that it ?” I gave her my order and she told us the total and asked for a name. We sat down and when they called our name I went to the counter and there were two bags sitting there. Nobody at the counter, so I assumed it was ours. The food was OK, but the service was unacceptable. If you don’t want to be at work STAY HOME !

My husband went to the enid arbys on Dec. 8, when he got home my sandwich had onions on it, was ordered with no onions, both sandwiches were cold, his fries were cold and he ordered and paid for 2 cherry turnovers, only got 1. When he called the store, he was told to bring his receipt in and they would fix it. He went back on Dec. 9, the person who waited on him told him he didn’t talk to a manager, the person he talked to had no authority to fix anything and nothing could be done. She insinuated he was lying and was very rude and disrespectful. He ended up leaving and we will never go back. We normally like arbys and eat there often but they aren’t getting any more money from us. Totally unacceptable behavior towards a customer.

i’m pretty sure it was a manager but this old man (not being hateful) was up there asking who the order was for and the lady said who it was for the man asked for [his name] and then she spelled out the name it was for. it was obvious he was hard of hearing and it was just unprofessional really.

The food tastes very good. I love their roast beef. Customer Service is always good. The wait is never long. It is always clean. Pleasant feeling atmosphere.

We stopped in today and got a ham & Swiss meal (Large) and 2 ham and Swiss sliders.
The guy who worked the window was rather rude and pushy while we tried to order our food. Then, gave me cold fries and a drink that was not Dr. Pepper. This is usually our go to when we are in Enid shopping don’t think I will be returning anytime soon.

The person taking orders never greeted us nor looked up at us. Went about putting a new reel of receipt paper in machine. Has problem and called over a co worker. He at least said hi. Then when she was all set she just looked up at us like…get on with it…never once acting anywhere near friendly nor welcoming. We almost walked out but it was what my husband wanted to eat for his 86th birthday lunch. Oh well, NEVER will we bother the workers again with our business.

The wait in the drive thru was kind of long. They gave me someone else’s order so I had to go in then wait for my order again. The girl at the drive thru window had a great customer service attitude. She was very polite, professional, & made sure my next order was correct. Her demeanor made the experience much better than it was. I would give her a 5☆ rating.

The cashier lady was rude she kept, coughing, and she would leave counter to “wipe” tables but just stand at a table and stare at customers at close by tables.
