So this is my place I eat here once a week on average. Today I put in my order and just asked for no red sauce on my sandwich to which they put a special sticker on it, but then go onto just cover the entire bottom in the red sauce. Making it inedible even if I wanted it on there. If that isn’t just spitting in your customers face for asking for soemthing they don’t like left off. And if they would do that best believe I wouldn’t put them past spitting on my food if o took it back and complained. So I guess I’m just out 10 bucks. Awesome customer service

Don’t come here if you have food sensitivities, allergies or if you’re celiac. They don’t care if you send it back and say you have allergies, they will just scrape off the “problem” ingredient and give you the old contaminated food. I don’t think they know anything about food safety. Very dangerous and you guys could kill someone. The missus I talked to on drive thru was very nice and willing to make food herself for me since they kept messing it up and she took it very seriously. 5★ for her (I wish I could remember her name) but everyone else I have had the displeasure of speaking to has just been rude or shows they don’t care about service or even people’s lives

I come to Arby’s alot and im also a manger for a fast food business and I ha ve to say the two young lady’s that were working tonight (11-5-2025) at 5:51pm I do believe There name’s were Jude and Shay, these two are absolutely amazing very polite and big beautiful smiles, they double and triple checked my big order and did the dang thing, a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE BOTH OF YOU KEEP DOING AN AMAZING JOB.

Typically when looking at reviews for fast food places the bar is set at mediocre.
However when Lonnie is working that bar is sent through the roof.
I eat here decently often and anytime I see Lonnie at the window I don’t even check the bag. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and the work he does.

I entered the Twilight Zone today at Arby’s…. I approached the drive-through. Placed my order. Drove to the window. Handed my payment to the employee and my food was handed to me BEFORE my receipt. The order was completely correct. The napkin number was reasonable (not 1 or 50), My sauce request was spot on and when I got home, the food was warm and prepared correctly as ordered…..
