It’s a good Arbys you know what you’re getting. I have always had good service with friendly people inside and in the drive through. It is also one of the only drive through places around that doesn’t forget things in my experience.

This location is one of the cleanest Arby’s location that I’ve been to in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. The employees were friendly providing top-notch customer service. The crinkle-cut fries were fresh and perfectly cooked. The fries during this visit were some of the best crinkle-cut fries that I’ve ever had. The double roast beef sandwich was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture (the same thing happened with the fries). My wife’s Gyro looked good and she said it was delicious, she also forgot to take a picture. Overall, I would highly recommend this Arby’s location.

They completely messed up my order on DoorDash… missing items, wrong toppings, and stale food. Honestly, I should’ve known better, because when I went in person a while back the atmosphere and customer service were just as bad. If they can’t even get it right face to face, of course the delivery food is going to be trash too. This location clearly doesn’t care about quality or customers.

Ordered DoorDash from this location when everything arrived to my house, I sat down to eat with my family and started to eat my curly fries. I’d probably eaten about 5 to 6 fries before I noticed that there was a giant fried mosquito in my food. There was fried dead mosquito in my food. I honestly don’t understand how something like that could happen and no one noticed it was huge for the price that I paid for my meal for my entire family you’d expect some level of quality and care but for something like this to go completely unnoticed is ridiculous

I was picking up a door dash order for a customer. Manager was very rude when I asked for a side of cheese for the customer, but she’s even ruder to her employees. This location needs to treat their night employees better.

Arby’s is one of the few fast food restaurants that I like. Yesterday evening, my husband wanted to get something from this location. It was a drive thru order. Smooth conversation at the ordering station. Pleasant, patient and clear gentleman’s voice. At the window, we met this young man and I believe he is Tommye, as per the receipt. Very friendly and respectful young man. There was only one window and there were other cars behind us, so we were told to move forward in line, and wait for the food, which would be delivered to us. Didn’t take long. Tommye came out with our bag of food. My husband said the deluxe beef burger ($5.79) was great. And he love the potato cakes, 3 pcs ($2.99). I didn’t order any food but I had to commend on Tommye. Good customer service! Oh! They give 10% military discount, so don’t forget to ask for it.

Dont get the loaded Italian sub. It’s Nothing like the picture, no cheese, no lettuce, only enough meat for one side, 2 pieces of onion….. Definitely sub standard and not worth $7.39… oh wait… just found a few small pieces of lettuce
