Portions seem off but I’m not so sure.. Ordered and payed for a large fry but think I got a smalls or medium worth, maybe this is how they’re supposed to do it.

I waited 7 minutes at the front counter for someone to wait on me, finally I hollered at someone in the back. Took another 3 minutes for them to wait one. The young man’s jeans were so lo in the back I could see all of his boxers. But he wa very nice. I finally got my order everything was flesh, I got a French dip & curly fries. I sat down to eat & my au jus sauce was missing. I had to go back to the counter to ask for it. The manager was not very friendly. But wasn’t rude. She just didn’t acknowledge me when I came back she just got my sauce and handed it to me. The place was clean, except for under the tables, they had quite a bit of food under them near the back.

Arby’s in Yukon, OK: Where the roast beef is stacked higher than my life regrets, and the curly fries are basically edible hugs.
But let’s be real, the real MVPs are Kelly and Emma. Their service is so exceptionally great, I almost felt bad for the sandwich getting all the credit. These two run the place like caffeinated superheroes: fast, friendly, and somehow making “We have the meats” sound like a personal promise.
5/5 stars. I’d probably fight a bison to guarantee I ordered during their shift again. Go get your beef fix and tell ’em the “No Limit Soldier” who overpraised the staff sent you.

I ordered 2 meat and 3 meals. Didn’t get crinkle fries, didn’t get curly fries, and had to wait for “fresh” food. Nothing was fresh. Didn’t check before I got home. Won’t make that mistake again.

The drive through guy was nice. Typical, ask for crinkle fries and curly end up in the bag. My 2 Hot ham & cheese sandwiches had dried up old cheese that you had to search for, meaning there was like a dab of cheese that turned yellowish swiss. I asked for a hot cherry turn over and got it cold. At least the Mello yellow was good.

Bag felt light when I went through the drivethrough, so I glanced inside, curly fries were missing. So I let them know, expecting them to say ‘oh yeah no prob, here they are’. They asked me if I was sure, then asked me to hand them my bag as they put the fries in (they claimed this was so they wouldn’t burn me, but the fries were lukewarm and stale, they weren’t fresh). When I got home, turns out my beef-n-cheddars are sans cheddar.
I don’t know why I keep going back to this particular Arby’s given that this is how it goes almost every time.

Don’t waste your time. Guy working the drive thru was rude and condescending. Ordering 2 combo meals was like pulling teeth, I get up to the window and they ask me what sauces i want so I tell them then they have me pull forward and wait. Wait maybe 3 to 4 minutes food comes out, get home no sauce. So why even ask if you aren’t going to put it in the bag. I live 5 minutes from this restaurant and I got home and the fries were already cold. Why did I have to pull up and wait if clearly the food wasn’t fresh. Overall very poor service and quality. Do yourself a favor. If you want a roast beef sandwich just make it yourself. It will probably be better and cheaper

The food didnt taste right, meat was different and didnt seemed cooked right or much. Tasted different plus the bathrooms were dirty. Men’s bathroom was full of hair, coincidentally the men behind the counter had long hair. The women’s bathroom was worse the toilet was full of feces and the women behind the counter seemed off towards me wouldn’t stop staring at me the whole time I was there. Not just looking over but full time staring at me which made it uncomfortable for me to eat.

We came on a Friday night about 8pm. We went through the drive thru. We waited 7 minutes at the window before anyone came to take our money for our order. After taking our money, we were asked to pull forward saying it would be a few minutes. We waited an additional three minutes to get our food. She was apologetic. At least the food was hot

I would like to say thank you & give recognition to the younger man working the drive thru window on 05-13-25 @ 10:00 PM. He was extremely polite, has manners, & was extremely courteous.
This type of customer service is SO RARE now-a-days & absolutely should be noticed for it.
Thank you again & I truly hope this employee continues on this path moving forward & excels from his great attitude & politeness!
