You gotta start doing better Arby’s. This is the second time in a row that I’ve gotten a sandwich and had a big honk of meat in it. That’s unusual. Nobody wants this unsuitable stuff in their sandwiches.

They must hire sloths to work here. With 4 people behind the counter and less than 12 people in the lobby our food took over 30 min to get to the table. Had ordered a shake as well and by the time our food was finally ready she tells me the machine is broken. Ask to just have it refunded and states to me that she can’t do that. That I can order something else instead in its place. Should have just taken my loss as we waited an additional 15 min for 4 mozzarella sticks! ARBYS: “You might have the beef” But you don’t have a staff to go along with it!!

I had an online order Sunday. When I arrived the drive thru was backed up so I went inside.
I waited on an employee to come to counter. Told them my name and stated I had an order. The order the gave me wasn’t mine. I repeated who I was. They got annoyed quickly. When they found the order they slid it across the counter and walked away. I waited for them to come back so I could get my drink and they avoided the counter.
I understand being busy – but to lose professionalism and service because you are busy is ridiculous.
When i got home I found both sandwiches a gyro and Italian sub missing ingredients. The curly fries were burnt.
An overall failure for the day.
The delay is nothing new for Arby’s in general, and definitely not new to this location- but the lack of care was disappointing.

Greatest Arby’s I have been to in a while! Clean tables and clean bathrooms. Food was on point and hot as it should be. Waitstaff was awesome. They were patient and made sure everything was right.

Restaurant was dirty but the employees were just chatting or on their phones. I had to look around to find a table that didn’t have food/trash on it or underneath it.
The brunch sandwich was good though.
Another visit: My fish sandwich was smashed all to hell with dried out cheese but literally overflowing with mayonnaise.

It is incomprehensible how somebody could make a sandwich look and smell as bad as they had did at this location. They have a bunch of children working and the manager on duty just decides to push everyone into a line and make them wait while they mess up everyone’s order whoever owns this store should really step up and change the way it ran because this is disgusting!

Ordered turkey bacon ranch wrap combo in drive thur. Got the wrong wrap went back just to get my money back. The guy that helped me told manager that I wanted money back. Manager never came and guy tried to give money back but after trying he asked if they could just make me a new wrap. Because he didn’t know how to return money. I said if I can’t get my money back I guess I don’t have a choice. He yelled at manager to make my wrap. Got it went home and it was still wrong. Had honey mustard instead of ranch. And very flat wrap with to thick cut of meat. As I was standing there I could see under the fryers and there is alot of old food under them. It wasn’t that clean. Arbys have went way down hill. Probably won’t return. ☹
