I went to Arby’s specifically for the Fish sandwich. THEY QUIT THEM! The potato wedges are back and that’s good, although they needed to be left in the fryer a minute longer. Barely done. I asked for bacon on my beef and cheese – trying to replicate the BBC from RAX Roast Beef. (Not even close) Bacon was rubbery – again, not cooked to crispness. My food was hot and cooked fresh, so I’ll give them that. Polite, yes. Just disappointed.

I like coming here a lot. They are always fast getting the food to you but, most importantly, it’s extremely hot and fresh. I enjoy going inside to eat my meals because I get a lot of sauces typically. The best part about dining in is that you often have the place to yourself. Maybe there might be another table, but it’s an enjoyable visit always.
UPDATE: These guys were jamming today! They had some good music playing on the radio, the whole team was in a good mood and laughing and talking with each other. They recommended what I should get for lunch today and it did not disappoint. They really had a great team today and they worked very hard and communicated very well with each other.

Absolutely the worst food and customer service. Food was thrown in the bag and spilled. They didn’t give me my complete order . Once I realized I was told I could drive back and that they were not going to fix their errors. And in the mid of the conversation about how the management was not going to fix the order complained about how they only made minimum wage. As if it were my fault they chose a career at Arby’s. . All I can say is; what a disappointment.

Hey, they mixed up my sandwich slightly but I really enjoyed it! The bread was fresh.
The guy at the drive-thru offered me some sauce, and I never knew they had honey mustard as a side sauce to get!
I felt safe getting my food here at 10:35pm on a Friday. 3 cars were ahead of me and the line moved with ease.

At 8:30pm the menu wasn’t lit up. Couldn’t read the menu. When we could finally read it the server rushed us to order. The lid to the Aju sauce wasn’t on correctly and it leaked on my clothes! Disaster!!! And the fries are salt licks, straight up. I’m over it. And Arby’s.

The food was great, and the restaurant was clean. The workers were great while I was being served. However, all fast food workers need to remember that diners want the workers to use their inside voice. They were not real bad, but please be a little quieter in the counter and kitchen areas.

Love this place! It’s always quick and the food is always exactly right. The service is always friendly, and lately it seems there are a lot of new faces too. They’re all well trained and super friendly! They all do a great job of letting me know when something I order is on promotion (like the 2 for $6).
