Husband got take out tonight and drove home, 20 minutes away. Failed to realize we didn’t get the 2 Apple turnovers we ordered or Arby’s sauce we asked for. Receipt also said curly fries but we got crinkle with both meals. Extremely disappointed, especially since today was my birthday. Didn’t want to go out to eat at a sit down restaurant so just wanted my favorite fast food.

This by far must have been an off night, I’m hoping. If the food is this bad every night I don’t know how they make any money . Paid 30.00 for food not fit to eat…. And being that I had it delivered I’m stuck with my choice for supper, think Leo will be eating good tonight and I’ll eat a turkey sandwich.

This was a Door Dash pick-up. Order was ready upon arrival and the staff was very pleasant. The restaurant looked very clean.

I went last night to get a shake and I asked to get a large and the young man who was on the speaker said no, so I asked if I could get a medium and he said no again. So I asked if yall had run out, then said no again. Then he said a large shake and my total and that I could go to the next window. Then I got to the window and I asked if yall had tap to pay and he said “no go somewhere else” he then laughed, and extended the card reader to me.

This is a really nice Arby’s location. We usually order one of the deals on the Arby’s app or get the 4 for $10 regular roast beef. Had the Reuben today since it was $4 on the app. Great sandwich! Way better than we would get at most delis. Had the double roast beef $7.00 meal. Again a great sandwich that beat any deli we’ve been to for 1/2 the price. The staff are efficient and friendly. The cook even hollered “Thanks” as we were leaving the lobby. We’ll definitely be back

My food was good, but my sandwich was a mess. I ordered a beef and Cheddar and it looked like they just dumped it in the bag more than wrapped the sandwich. Overall flavor was fine after reassembling it but the whole inside of my bag was covered in cheese. The person in the window never spoke they just handed me my bag, closed the window and walked away. I probably would have overlooked the food being a mess if the people would have been somewhat nice.

I got the Cheesy Bacon Burger Meal well done, with large fries and a large soda.
The Burger was fully cooked, fresh, and delicious. I would delicious get it again.
The curly fries were perfect. The soda was great, not flat, not watery, or weird.

Excellent. The staff were fast, courteous, and helpful. The woman who gathered our order was efficient, the young man who made my food, not only did a splendid job, but was also very personable, another man who gave us our drinks was very kind and helpful, making sure we got everything we needed.
Atmosphere: We felt welcome, the lobby was clean, they didn’t waste our time… it was lovely.
