My husband ordered two beef and cheddar melts earlier with the curly fries and the drinks. He got it back to the hospital tonight and my beef and cheddar melt had no cheddar on it and it’s super dry. I took pics of it I would like for yall to correct your mistake tomorrow please. It’s not hard to follow a screen /order.

This locations closes at 10:30pm during the week. It says 11pm online. I tried to tell the guy that takes customers orders this, but he chose to not respond or acknowledge me.

2nd try, came before said closing time at around 10:10pm. Trevor took my order, he said the ice cream machines were not working. As I was pulling up to the window, I got a call from my wife to get jalepeno poppers added on. When I asked at the window to add on an 8 piece popper, Trevor told me “we don’t take orders at the window” and didn’t say anything else. So I had to ask, “so do I have to drive around this building again and go through the drive through again, just to order poppers”? He said yes. So I drove around the building, ordered with Trevor again, on the same POS system he was at when he was at the window the first time and created 2 separate charges of orders. I’ve never experienced that in a drive through line in my 42 years of living. It seems he’s annoyed, that a customer is coming towards later hours of his shift and he obviously, is wanting to get done with his day and go home. I get that, but I’m also in the customer service field and work in servicing for food establishments. Customers pay my bills, his bills and everyone else employed bills to live. I wanted to ask him if he was a manager, but felt rushed by him to leave. I’m from out of town and I’m a district manager for a company here locally and travel to Little Rock often and I’m staying very close to this Arby’s location. I never get these interactions at the Arby’s back home.

Went to drive through nothing. Walk to the front door nothing. There are people in there. But the doors are locked and very strange. So I did finally get a hold of someone in there. He said there is only 2 of them. The guy in there is not done eating yet and was not gonna just kick him out. The food was fresh and taste good. So I am going from 1 star to 3 stars.

A couple of days ago, my family and I were at the Arby’s in front of the Walmart in North Little Rock. To start off, when I opened the door for my elderly parents, there was this awful odor. When I walked in and looked to the left I found the source of the order (see photos).

Now lets get to the food. My food was cold and I mean really cold. I went back up the counter and spoke with the manager. I told that my french dip sandwich and curly fries were cold. She was nice enough to replace them.

Now let talk about the restaurant. I understand that people are having tough times and its causing a lot of people to be homeless. But there again if you are running a business a like restaurant. You’re customers you come first. With that said, the one of the two homeless men in the picture smelled really bad. The smell was so bad that another customer told one of the workers who bought their food to the table. Nothing was done.

This is not the first time I had this time type of experienced. The Arby’s restaurant in the shopping center with Walmart on Shackleford Rd. has a similar problem.

I order a number 1 double received a single my fries as usual from this place are always overcooked and old. I will never go to this place again you guys at this location really need to tighten up. People want fresh food not a bunch of old food that has been sitting under a heat lamp for God knows how long. Don’t waste my time asking me to give details either. Just get this one particular store running like the rest of them. I love Arby’s but this one needs a total reboot. Enjoy the wasted money I spent. Because to top it off I wasn’t given a receipt in the drive thru so I can’t even take it back and get what I paid for

The young lady that was at the counter was not to welcoming. As she prepared orders for the dine-in customers, she received a phone call on her cell phone, Yes, the ringer was loud…. Now I am very much a stickler for cell phone germs and washing your hands, things of that nature, especially when preparing food for other people. As I was standing there because I had sent my order to the incorrect Arby’s location, she had answered her cell phone while preparing food and then put the cell phone back in her hoodie pocket and continued to touch the food being prepared without washing her hands. That is definitely when I decided to drive 11 to 13 minutes to the Jacksonville Arkansas location and get my food there.
