I typically receive fresh food when visiting this location, but this time I was asked by the server at drive through to pull up and my order would be brought out to me because they were cooking “fresh fries” so I complied. Once my food was brought to me I reached in and grabbed a fry and it was COLD as was the rest of my food. This location has not been open to terribly long so I would expect them to do a better job. Parking customers under the pretense of making fresh food and then serving cold food is bad business.

My wife and I were traveling and stopped to eat . There was a Taco Bell and an Arby’s right beside each other. My wife walked to Taco Bell and I went into Arby’s. My experiences was wonderful. I believe the cashier’s name was Juan. He was so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. My wife on the other hand walked into the Taco Bell and saw employees outside but nobody ever came in to take her order so she called me and I ordered her Arby’s as well.

We usually get this to go. Today I was reminded of why. It’s better to not see the filth and just be unaware. Flies everywhere, gnats by the condiments, ketchup was empty, tables had been wiped maybe never. Bloody toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom – what is wrong with people. Food was decent but it was hard to eat it seeing all the filth. So disappointing.
