We had a turkey, bacon, and cheese sandwich. Bread was lightly toasted underneath, fresh crispy lettuce etc, so good!
I’m ordering the same next time, although I do LOVE the roast beef also. Might order the roast beef to take home for supper!

The sign says they close at 11:00 but when I arrived at the drive thru at 10:10 no one took my order they all just stood around as if they didn’t hear or see me at the speaker. I also pulled around to the window and knocked on it and they still didn’t come. Horrible Service

My curly fries were broken all up and harder than bricks roast beef not the best. The young man at the window was great. Even though it looked like the manager was complaining to him. My daughter went into Arby’s to get me a sweet tea and 6 mozzarella sticks. She stood there being ignored by Tiffany for 6 minutes. Tiffany handed out one order and fixed another. Each time looking at her and walking away. then disappeared to the back and sent someone else to finally take my daughter’s order. I am so disappointed I the service. I use to get good service here but lately it takes awhile to get your order taken and it’s hard to even hear them most of the time.

The portion sizes keep getting smaller and the prices aren’t going down. Do they think we don’t notice? Or does their corporate not care. There’s no wonder why the parking lot is usually empty. Another way to say it, there’s plenty of parking.

If this is not the worst Arby’s it’s got to be second. No sauce containers, took 5 mins for some one to turn around and take our order, ketchup was out, no napkins in any of the holders, food left on tables. And no one seems to give a care!

Well, it looked good on TV. The cheese steak sandwich was inedible. It’s just a bunch of nasty goo cheese type product mixed with little bits of meat. And then, to top it off, it was microwaved. The bread has the texture of a sponge. On the positive side, my straw for my drink was fine. *The link from the owner just sends you back to the Arby’s location. What a joke.

Ordered drive through, waited at the box for 8 min. When they took my order they were rude and rushed me. Had to drive around to the front and wait 10 more minutes. My fries were curly instead of crinkle cut, they gave me berry sauce and not the ranch I asked for. Both of my drinks were flat. The bag looked like it had everything tossed in from across the room. Oh and the ice cream machine was “down” and 4pm. Absolutely on par service for Pine Bluff.
