Don’t waste your time or money going to arbys in leesville. You place a order and they don’t have something instead of substituting it or giving you a discount , they just tell you to take it as it is so you don’t get what you paid for they are rude and disrespectful and can’t keep up with their inventory very unprofessional.

I was very disappointed in my experience this morning. I have only been to this Arby’s 3 times before this one and it has been fine – it’s an Arby’s. But today the meat was dry and so thick and chewy it was inedible. I spent $20 to throw it away when I got home. Hopefully it’s just an off day – but the fact that the workers saw the quality of the meat and still made a sandwich out of it is very disappointing. I would have preferred a frozen sandwich from dollar general to this.

If someone is paying over 9 bucks for 1 sandwich, common sense would kick in and say you don’t put the hard piece and butt of the bread on it knowing you picked that bread up, felt it, and felt that it was hard. Just basic common sense smh

Morgan if in fact is Her name answered the phone I wanted to address the person whom I was speaking with by name and explain my experience, situation & feelings towards my order. At first she refused her name and she refused to give me the name and number to anyone else in charge other than herself. Was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. Will be going over her head.

I WENT TO ARBY’S LAST NIGHT AND ORDERED FOOD FOR ME AND MY NURSE. I TOLD THEM MY ORDER AND I REMINDED HER THAT I WANTED A LARGE POPPER. AND THEY GAVE ME AN 8 PC POPPER WITH ONLY 5 POPPERS IN THE CONTAINER AND MY CURLY FRIES WAS COLD AS WELL. I WENT BACK TO TELL THEM ABOUT THE ORDER AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER POPPER. THEIR SERVICE WAS POOR AND THE FOOD BAD.

I typically don’t stop on these small towns when traveling. As luck would have it, I stopped here. Food was fresh and handed out really fast. The young lady at the window was super sweet. After getting my food I stayed in the parking lot to adjust my GPS and a few things. I noticed a few cars get serviced quickly and friendly just like I was.
