I had a great experience at Arby’s today! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Everything tasted exactly how it should — you can really count on them when you’re craving a solid sandwich and good sides.
What really stood out to me, though, was the friendly employee at the drive-thru window. They were welcoming, polite, and made the whole experience even better with their positive attitude. It’s always nice when customer service matches the quality of the food.
I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back again soon!

Worker kept staring at us as if they knew us from a past life or something. Atmosphere felt as awkward as a bad sitcom joke in front of a live audience. Chicken tenders looked like they were overcooked in the pits of Hell. Curly fries weren’t too bad, but couldn’t make up for the tenders.
Overall; I would rather stub my pinky toe on a metal bed frame in the middle of the night only to step on some Legos afterwards on my way to the bathroom.

The manager was running a tight ship, upgrading orders that were messed up or taking too long. Calling out orders and running the front really well. Took a few mins to order due to her having to correct her team but it was understandable and got my fries and cheese sticks in under 45 seconds after ordering because she was calling ahead to drop more side items so they’ll be ready. Maybe I got lucky because I only ordered sides but all and all was a pleasant experience.

This was not a normal pits top for us. I stopped by to pick up my Birthday reward. They helped me and walked me through the whole process. To boot the shake was amazing!! Thank you all for helping me out and wishing me a happy birthday!!

I’m usually not an Arby’s fan, but stuck here waiting on a trailer relay. Walked into Arby’s and the service was immediate. It’s been a heck of a long time since I had that good of service. Lady was extremely friendly (and happy birthday btw). Food was still arbyish so not that great but service more than made up for it.

To the employee lay you really need to work on your customer service skills they suck badly nobody wants to.order from you if you say ugh what I can I get for you and have attitude when I say we wanted a extra drink not just one when I made that very clear…have a good day to the manager you need to either let her go or teach her better manners have a great day!

Today I was trying to order some food to dine in but a woman not in uniform who I assume was the manager was behind the counter in the the restaurant area screaming at employees like belittling them I should say. I can’t believe even Arby’s allows their management to speak to their employees like that. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, especially whenever the employee is coming from the back in tears. It’s sad because this is not the first time I’ve seen this at this location in Vinton Louisiana. obviously y’all allow it. Sad pitiful y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope one of them sues the hell out of y’all because no one should be treated like that. I even wrote on the Love’s review. Love’s/Arbys should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing the management to treat people like that. I can’t wait to see it in the news that y’all get sued. I’m praying for that to be honest.
