We ate there today. According to the manager on duty (Toya), one of our sandwiches took longer to make than it should have. She patiently explained to (new worker?) Dillon what he could have done to speed up the order. Toya’s willingness to have a highly trained team to exceed customer expectations is a refreshing perspective. Great experience! Will come back here when we’re in town again!

I’ve gotten sick another arbys before, but I wanted to try the new burger out.. not only did this one put on toppings I asked to be removed, but they was about to have me sick again with this meat. Consistently disappointing.

Person at night shift on the counter to take orders no really listen i told him please do me a favor i am pure vegetarian i can’t eat chicken or meat i need something without can you do number 13 wrap but without chicken i paid for meal but he did forcefully added chicken he said I can’t do modified whatever it is just take it and leave,
i paid full he ignored me and walk away I waited at the counter i keep requested him 20 minutes,
He didn’t show any respect I leave this chicken wrap on the counter i said if you not doing it correct,
I always do ordered like that at arby’s and always paid full without chicken never ask for charge me less, this is first time happened here.
I am requesting Arby’s please add some vegetarian options too so all other people who like vegetarian they can also visit
But after all someone help me and sort out this, I attached some pictures i did my self i added some fries inside and modified it.
but end of discussion I waited just for a simple order he should help or respect customers and still in the end asking to pay again….

We normally have a good experience at Arby’s. The Breaux Bridge location could use a lesson from Chick-fil-A. The woman in charge was loud and berating her crew in front of Customers. A female Employee flipped off her coworkers while getting a soda for herself. We are on a long road trip from Florida to Texas hoping to relax and have lunch. The atmosphere was toxic. Perhaps they should have a goal to receive positive feedback rather than negative.

If the employees got off of their phones, they might notice that they had customers in the front, they’d also notice that there was no ketchup. While I was standing & waiting for an employee, the gentleman was kind enough to look up at me from his phone, then turn right back TO his phone. No greeting, no customer count, not even a smile. I’m glad I no longer lead restaurants, I’ve definitely terminated people for less.

Absolutely rude, & from how it was explained to me homless folks are a problem. Let me warn you, if you suffer from sleep disorders as I, do not go to this establishment unless you like folks speaking to you as if you are trash. People need to understand that there is a right way and & wrong way to approach a customer, especially when you know NOTHING about that person. I miss the days when folks had a heart!

The order was completely wrong. Wrong sandwich, 6 instead of 4 mozzarella sticks, and the machine showed Coke but tasted like Pepsi.
