This is my first time ordering Arby’s in a while and I’m sad to say that I’m severely disappointed. I ordered a French dip and a Reuben sandwich. The Reuben was fine enough but when I was handed the cup of au jus for the dip, I had noticed that it was nearly empty, which I could mostly overlook. Upon opening it back at home I noticed that there were bits of bread already in it. Clearly, I was given someone’s leftover dip. I had tried to call the number for their business but it seems that’s been disconnected. Don’t ever visit this location, there’s better ones elsewhere.

Don’t come at night it’s not good the one guy made my food didn’t put what I asked for on the sandwich and then way to much cheese. He did warn me but he didn’t try and fix it. The lady taking orders she’s rude and rushes you. All they wanted to do was talk to each other so they rush customer. There’s no sauces in the dispenser and no napkins.

Came around 1pm and got the chicken bacon sandwich with crinkle fries. Got my food in less than 5 minutes and it was hot. Cashier was pleasant. But this was just my experience

This place is nasty I have eaten one burger and it has been four days that I am sick and diarrhea. Nasty workers and dirty foods. Truckers avoid this place if you don’t want to be out of service for four days

Husband & I stopped for gas and food. Employee was super rude and completely inconvenienced by our presence. Upon receiving our food we sat in the lobby to be told that the lobby is closed by the same rude employee. Clearly this is an issue as these signs are posted. So now we are sitting in the car eating our foods before 10:00PM while the sign states open til 12:00AM! Absolutely TERRIBLE service!

Where to start! The employees are as rude as it gets. I’m sorry you had to get off the phone to do your job. The restaurant was disgusting. There was trash and filth all over the floor. There was trash along the counter where you get lids, straws and condiments. One of the employees even walked out to fill up some ice and looked at it and walked away. Along the condiments box it has old dried sauces on the face of it and around the spouts. The whole place looks like it hasn’t been wiped down on weeks due to the build up of dust on top of everything. The soda machine has a nasty stagnate liquid all the way around it and a build up of something one the side. When I sat down, I almost fell out of my chair because it was broken. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK. If a manager or owner did their job, most of these thing wouldn’t even be a problem because they are an easy fix.

Had the Kings Hawaiian Sweet Heat Beef N Brisket. Very good! Was assembled neatly as well – don’t always get that in fast food. Service was fine, staff seemed pretty friendly with some regulars. It was also pretty clean. Empty tables were not dirty, and the staff was pretty quick to come out and check the floors, tables, etc. Would stop again when I’m in the mood for their food.

Ordered a meal they charged me 3 times what it costed then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t issue a refund then didn’t even give me half the meal and the other half was wrong. DO NOT COME HERE FRAUDULENT CHARGING PRACTICES AND YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED!!

Another bad experience at this store. Ordered a half pound roast beef with cheese sauce and mayo. Don’t like the onion bread on the beef and cheddar so it has been ordered this way for 30+ years! Yet this time I was charged nearly $1 for the cheese. Talking with a manager helped none. On my way home, I opened my bag, grabbed my sandwich….NO CHEESE AND I PAID FOR IT! I am done with this store. Wish I could give a zero!
