This Arby’s is located in Chadron, NE. on the North side of highway 20 towards the West end of town. Great service very helpful and courteous staff I really like the ham and cheese

Closed early with employees standing around. Went back fries were dry and stale no curls to be seen sandwich was light and dry meaning barley any sauce so not happy right now with my order plus I asked for Arby’s sauce and I ordered a medium cury frie and a double beef and cheddar with just two packets of sauce who the heck makes this bs up honestly

the drive thru employee was miserable and both sandwiches couldn’t even get eaten because the buns were soggy and gross, there was more sauce ALL over the wrappers than on the sandwich itself. food was old not fresh whatsoever cold when we took it out of the bag RIGHT after we got it. very disappointed and won’t be back for a while, AGAIN, as this is an almost every time we come here thing.

Maybe the FAST in fast food was the friends we made along the way. I got here around 12:00, Ive never had an issue with Arby’s in the past 15 minute wait max. This time I went in, the cashier was being obviously rude, rolling his eyes at the customers Infront of me and sighing loudly. Jeremiah was the cashier. Anyways, I ordered, sat down to waited, it took 30 minutes. And the entire time the team was basically screaming at each other and continuously being rude. And then my foot was out, apparently it was out for a while, and nobody called my name. When I went up to get my order the manager told me. When I sat down with my family our fish sandwich was missing. I told the manager about my sandwich missing and she did apologize but I’m still upset about it. Whoever was the manager on shift at 12:00 today THANK YOU! You were the only help that day.

Sat in the drive through line with two cars in front of me for 20 min. And then another 10 min waiting to order and then 15 min waiting to pay and get my food! Just to find out my ham and Swiss didn’t have any mayo or anything on it and my curly fries were soggy!!!!

I had asked for cheddar sauce on all five of my roast beef sandwiches. And they only put cheddar on two of my sandwiches. Kind of annoyed because they charged extra for cheddar sauce.

I just went thru the drive thru and waited 20 mins and expecting it to be hot, my fries were old, my wifes and I sandwich was cold, the pop they gave us was watered down. Look I was a Manager for Arby’s over a year and the drive thru they Don’t TELL YOU TO PARK AND WAIT, THERE IS A REASON THEY CALL IT FAST FOOD. I watched 5 cars get there food and order more food then I did and seen everyone drive off with what they ordered. I’m not upset, just a little disappointed with getting cold food and I waited 20 mins for HOT FOOD.

I ordered a brisket a bbq sandwich and the meat looked like ground up tiny pieces when I was expecting what the picture looked like on the menu. There was no cheddar cheese on it either. I was very disappointed.
