Decent but my husband’s milkshake cup was broken and made a mess and the half pound beef and cheddar was far from being a half pound. I would skip this place unless they can pay more attention to detail and practice honest advertising and menus

Stop the this arby’s at 9:15 PM on October. The fourth to get something to eat doors. Will lock? Taco Bell doors were locked. I could not get in the building even though the sign says they’re open to 10 PM.

I ordered a fish deluxe and they put crispy fish on my Hawaiian bun instead. They thought I wouldn’t notice the difference in the fish. If I wanted a cheaper sandwich I would’ve ordered a cheaper sandwich. If they didn’t have anymore fish for Hawaiian fish sandwich they should’ve told me instead of switching out the fish without my permission. I would’ve changed my meal.

RUDE STAFF!!! Totally unprofessional. Our family of three walked in, 2 PEOPLE, A younger 20ish girl and an older darker skinned man, Turn and look at us, No greeting, no hi, No I will be with you in a minute, just completely ignored us. After we stood there waiting for At least 5 minutes – we asked – is the lobby open? Can we order? The girl said we got alot of orders here and he’s in training – shrugs her shoulders and says ‘sorry’. We left. Complete disregard for their customers- couldn’t even be professional or apologetic that they were behind. NEVER AGAIN WILL EAT HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Completely Rude manager……first time Ive placed my order online pulled up to the window asked about it they said it had to come through the app. I said fine ill wait So as I’m waiting in the drive through a tall Hispanic man with glasses says he’s the Manager and being RUDE AS HELL tells me I can’t wait in the drivethrough I move and then call the store he answers then when I ask him where I am to wait he hangs up on me!!! I am currently sitting in the store now until 7:45 waiting on my order NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!! IM A DISABLED VET WHO DOESNT HAVE TIME FOR THIS DISRESPECT

My friend, her grand daughter, my German Shedder and I had just arrived in Lexington from a torturous road trip from San Diego. All we could think about at that approximate time was some comfort food and a month extension to our vacation. We arrived at Arby’s and my mouth watered as I read the menu board. The gentleman who took our order was incredibly nice waiting a good five minutes before my party and I could decide what we wanted. Like I stated previous, the road trip from California was beyond daunting. We were completely exhausted, our brains were fried and we were starved. Once we received our food, we pulled up behind the building and sat at a stand alone table to eat our delicious vittles. Prior to finishing, two Arby’s employees saw us out there and came by to check on us. I felt the gesture from the two employees was extremely hospitable and welcoming. Thank you very much for the delicious food and excellent customer service. I only wish I had ordered more food for I am hungry again as I write this review.
