Has to be the all star crew in gi at being incompetent lazy and rude as possible right after saying the normal welcome line ending with order whenever ready waited 10 seconds before asking in an annoyed voice if I was ready to order and after that its plainly obvious the kitchen was either being petty or lazy or both because I got a number 6 just mayo with a large curly fry and Dr with a large shake and they put a normal drink lid on the shake with a normal drink straw couldn’t understand what just mayo meant so they put everything on it so basically if you want grade schoolers in charge of your meal eat at Arby’s on Webb road they will make it there duty to mess your food up and make you realize other places would’ve been a better choice

I felt unwanted here.. the lady that took my order seemed irritated that I came there I spent $50 buck for my food to be old the fries seemed like they were burnt i asked for fries no salt. As I watched them cook they left them there for 3 mins as I waited for the burgers they were hard like I got burgers that sat there then finally got my food the lady asked if I wanted sauce I said arby sauce please she grabbed three a tossed them in the bag like she was frustrated. Don’t worry I only need one time to be discriminated against won’t ever go there again. Rude.. because I like Arby’s but to be treated like that.. nooooo thanks.

We were in the restaurant trying to place a mobile order on the app, when a worker, possibly a manager, very rudely said we need to get food or get out of the restaurant. His tone was brash and frankly uncalled for. Will be deciding if I want my hard earned money spent at this establishment… The food was good and another worker I believe her name was Val was fantastic.

I visit Arby’s drive-through quite often as I love their Beef Sliders for the quality, taste, and price. I like their chocolate malts, too. Service has always been fast & friendly. Nice, big parking lot. I highly recommend them.

Positives: Entire order was correct (shocking as we’ve historically had issues with things not being correct here), hot, and fast. Everyone enjoyed their food and there was no excessive paper waste, like napkins and cutlery.
Negatives: Drive through line was long but did flow relatively fast, could just be a spacing issue with with the horseshoe design of the drive. There no offer for any extra sauces (had two chicken strip items).
We will definitely be eating here again at some point.

Ordered sliders this time around. They were cold not very good the turkey sliders are my fave but the meat was dry and ordered a snack size French fry and most were hard and old and they had curly frys mixed in this was not the most pleasant visit. I waited way too long in the drive through for bad food.
