Please think twice about going to this location. They are out of most items on the menu. They can’t get the order straight when taking it. And double check your food before leaving, as they don’t give you everything you ordered. When going back to get the remaining items we tried to hand them our drink carrier and the worker tossed it back out on the ground. Disappointed all around with this visit and will not be returning!!!

Went through the drive thru 2-24-26 orders a combo and a sandwich…The curly fries were the leftover crunchy ends with a crinkle cut fry …. Nothing curly …ordered poppers with bronco berry sauce…no bronco berry yep I was pissed

The lobby is closed. Used the driver thru. Young man at the drive thru window was beyond miserable. Did not speak one word even when speaking to directly to him and saying thank you. Got our food, no dip for my French dip. Did not bother going back for it, wasn’t worth the hassle of dealing with the miserable kid again.

Fries were cold/borderline soggy (I live only 3 minutes away), sandwich was halfway off of the bun when I unwrapped it, asked to leave an item off of the sandwich, apparently that means smother it in it. Guy at the window was nice enough and courteous though. Nice waste of $15.

Our order wasn’t correct. It was simply the wrong kind of fries, but our jamocha shakes didn’t have flavor. I called Arby’s and the mouthy little gal that made our order answered the phone. I tried to explain that I was basically calling, so the next shake they made was made correct. Maybe something ran out like a pop machine can with syrup or carbonation. Instead, I got a mouth full of “Let me tell YOU.” I could have gone back and had them fix it, but that’s such a pain. Here’s a picture of the receipt. Let’s see if Arby’s cares about their customers’ feedback. The food is always good here. But I won’t tolerate any, “Let me tell you” the customer is always right in most cases. I wasn’t rude or placing blame. Just trying to give some feedback.

Went through drive up widow today and got a French dip wth au jus, made me very sick, something wrong with th au jus, extremely bad taste in my mouth four hours later. Nausea and vomiting. Food poisoning?

Terrible service. One party ahead of me and waited 10 minutes for a 2 for $7 order and nothing else. My order sat on the slide table 3 minutes before being bagged while the staff talked and other activities. I even asked if my order was ready after I saw it setting there. “Not yet was the reply,” without even checking. Never had poorer service at Arby’s.
