This was the worst lunch I have had at Arby’s for a long time. Sandwich was dry,potato cakes old. I asked for ketchup,Arby’s sauce,mayo,and salt. Got nothing. The lady taking my order was great but no follow through. Look at the pictures how did the kid at the window miss the sauces???

Im usually a satisfied customer with no complaints, even if my order is short on cheese or they add red ranch after i asked no red ranch.. i let that go but this time was just ridiculous…
I ordered a french dip sandwich and they gave me a cold french dip sandwich… you can tell that it wasnt a re heated sandwich because not only was the sandwich cold, the cheese was not melted at all. Auj ju wasnt hot either.

Just stopped to get a French dip and some curly fries. The French dip was flat as a pancake and the aujus was so watered down and gross. I will be thinking twice before ever going back!

Grumpy! The girl at the front counter was very grumpy and short with all the customers she appeared to be the manager and appeared to be very overwhelmed I ordered the half pound French dip with extra meat which I have ordered before it was obvious but I only received the half pound when I questioned it she told me that’s what it was without even looking at it that made me more upset.
I will post photos here the sandwich with the white background is the one I received today which I feel is made wrong the one with the dark background which is a steering wheel is the one that I ordered the other day in Clear Lake Iowa can you see the difference I can the one it from Clear Lake we couldn’t even get the box closed I was so impressed today no problem closing the Box

Visited here about a week ago, apparently, after 5 min waiting, someone in the back who i couldn’t see mentioned the manager I was banned from the restaurant for what reason I have no idea.It was per someone named George who i was able to contact,a district manager.Aftet he contacted them he had said im not banned but some false accusations were made by someone there,that I has got angry and made racial comments, completely false,only was a instance in the drive thru having to do with a partial payment with my debit card.Not one person has reached out to apologize and try to make it right.Im quite PO when I think about it, love to know who the employee is who said I can’t be there.

Ordered the two of the cheesesteak meals, absolutely disgusting. They were warm at best. Look like slop. Called them to let him know how bad it was. I was told that that’s the way they’re made. Basically it is what it is. Wow!!

We got dinner tonight for a family of 6 we got 2 roast beef pound meals tonight and ended up with 2 singles, the new 1lb BBQ pulled pork it looked like a single, and 3 other meals that were fine, but paying 72 bucks and some change I would have liked to got what I ordered.

I had a bad experience, maybe new management compared to 2 years ago? The aju was cold, the fries were cold and soggy, and the lemonade was bitter. The staff was friendly and was accommodating when it came to packets and sauce.

Horrible experience! The Management refuses to do their job and have no problem solving skills! I had a simple issue with my french dip and Swiss and they refused to remake it. Instead they insisted on refunding me. Absurd!
