Nothing was wrong with the food or service. Chicken sandwich was good and served correctly. My total for the order was $6.94. FOR A CHICKEN SANDWICH.
It was an extra $3 and change to add a drink. These prices are absolutely ridiculous.

Just went through their drive-thru for lunch at 11:45 and traffic moved quick. Their gyro is delicious! You get a choice of meat. I always get the gyro meat and just like all the other Arby’s I visit, it’s always DELICIOUS. Some gyro shops can’t even put out a gyro this good. They always (regardless of location) come with a bigger than average portion of meat, nice sized sliced tomatoes, perfect amount of lettuce & tasty zatziki sauce. I stopped in for dinner around 5:00 last Thursday and the employees were quite friendly.

Went there last night ordered 2 meals 30 bucks total. Brisket sandwich needs some work. When I first opened the box thought that maybe they forgot the meat. Frys were soggy.dont mind spending 15 buck for a meal but this was not worth it

I’m tired of going to an Arby’s and not getting the order right. Geek gyro, no onions and when I open it 10 miles away is a roast beef gyro full of onions. Nobody was waiting, they were not busy, took awhile to get the food all things considered. Really ruins a mood when someone is hangry already.

After writing this review we opened the next box. Supposed to be half lb sandwich, nope regular roast beef……. they never gave us a receipt either so we can’t check what we were charged for. So basically aside from fries or drinks we didn’t get anything we asked for and have no idea what we paid for thanks to these people….

After having visited this location a number of times, this last experience was bad enough that I felt it was necessary to share it here. My wife stopped by Arby’s on the way home (we live 30 minutes from Norfolk and this is, by far, the closest Arby’s to us) and ordered 6 meals (four regular meals and two kids’ meals). We got half of our order, which cost us over $60 in total. This is not the first time our order has been incorrect and/or incomplete. Normally, we would check the order before we left the parking lot, but it was late in the evening and my wife was in a hurry to get home and feed our family. Unfortunately, that meant half of us still didn’t get to eat the food we requested.
In addition to the food being left out of the order, there were no napkins or straws and none of the sauces my wife requested, WHEN ASKED, were included.
She called the restaurant after realizing the order was incomplete and was told, by a clearly annoyed employee, that her name would be “added to the board,” so that she could get the rest of our order the next time she visited. No apology or any other compensation was offered.
All that said, the food at this location is never great. The roast beef is chewy and poor quality, the curly fries seem to always be the scraps from the bottom of the tray and a lot of the time, everything is cold or room temperature, even when we’ve stayed to eat inside.
I highly recommend anyone that is considering this Arby’s as an option go somewhere else. If you enjoy Arby’s at all, avoid this one entirely.

The prices are getting a bit steep, but I understand the local employees don’t set the prices. The service and food here has always been good but that was not the case tonight. The guy running the drive thru acted very rushed to start with. I had to pull over and wait which isn’t a big deal. When my food was brought out, the girl who brought it out basically shoved the food at me without saying a single word, and we didn’t even get all of our food. Apparently the car in front of us had the same problem because as I was walking in to get the rest of my order, they were walking out with theirs. The guy working the window acted very rude when I told him about the missing items said “I will get you your fries” in a snotty tone and acted like a kid throwing a temper tantrum, tossing empty fry containers on top of the fries when he couldn’t get them separated. I reached out to take the bag because I had the impression he was going to just toss the bag on the counter. Again my food was basically shoved at me without a word and he stormed off toward the back of the kitchen. It was a very disappointing experience and I wont be likely to return anytime soon. For the price of the food, being treated badly with poor service and rude employees is just not acceptable.

Place is usually dirty inside, and every time I’ve came thru whether inside or drive thru, the employees are always snarky, rude, and have cussed a few times.

let me start by saying, the lady who helped me at the drive through window was an absolute sweetheart, very nice, and made sure my sauces were in the bag. but, my food, was very cold, only thing not cold was my mozzarella sticks, and the inside of my sand which was slimy. wouldn’t be that big of a deal if it wasn’t a $20 meal.

Have only eaten inside about twice, hit the drive thru more. So cant say much about the inside. But their food is good, and I’d say a step above most other fast food. Enjoy the different menu items offered instead of the same ole burger ‘n fries. Food has been fresh, wrapped appropriately, service is efficient. Very comparable, cost wise. Dont remember ever having a problem with an order or not receiving something that was ordered. I do wish they stayed open just a little bit later at night, but being a night owl, I wish EVERYTHING stayed open later!
