When I ask for Extra lettuce on my Fish Sandwich this is exactly what I mean! Went through the drive thru shortly before closing. Sandwich and fries were great! 8 piece Jalapeño Popper only had 7 . They were yummy too.

I love the arby’s brand of fast food… but this place was GROSS! Food and trash all over the food prep area. Watched an employee set the roast beef down on a dirty counter, next to the trash can, about a foot away from the slicer. That’s not right at all. Hopefully they get their act together. I took pics…

Best hot turkey sandwiches hands down. I made a few substitutions by switching to sesame bread and added cheddar. So dang good!! The fries are always hot and fresh and so darn good!!! I just love me some Arby’s!!

Haven’t been to Arby’s in years last time I had it i remember just how bad it was, BUT time can change a place and why not Arby’s so like most people who choose fast food i took the drive thru and it was relatively quick. Homie even offered my dog a treat. Got the food home, and took everything of the bag (napkins were included). Since the sandwich was bad last time I was gonna save it for last. Considering everyone and thier mom know’s Arby’s fries are good i ordered the Jalapeño bits cause dont see those as often and was impressed. Either they were good or the sauce made them excellent. Next was the sandwich some brisket sandwich that looked good on the menu picture. When I opened the box it came in it was greasy, but not too greasy which too me is expected like it’s fast food. From there I’d let my taste buds decide. Took a bite and bam!!! not only did it impress but I will be getting Arby’s again!

I want to stop having to leave stars on my Reviews. Its NOT a good system. STARS ARE REAL IN THE HEAVENS AND ITS DISSRESPECT TO GIVE THEM TO ARBYS, ETC. But until there is a new way, I have to do this. I was walking at night lookingg for my car in this area, which I lost due to upset stomach. It has dents on the top [a lotof dents]. I was trying to see better and the drive thru was lighted but the Arby seemed closed. BUT a message played and it WASN NOT GOOD. The recording they play is very.very long. First of all it knows your name and says it several times in a high pitch voice that you can tell is making fun of the sounds of your name. Oh Boy Its Is Bad. It just keeps saying the name in differet voices until: You cry. WHnce your are crying, it says the whole mesage: “We left the lights on to trick you and you came to it like a big moth. You have powder on your wings and you look like a leaf, a small leaf, and you have one antanna is shorter than other, one of the ugliest moth that ever was. You barely can fly and why did you come here to Arby we dont want to give you food . Eat a smmaller bug from the Air and dont come back we hate you so so so so so so so so much. Arbys”

I went through the drive thru and the place was completely empty no cars in the parking lot very few people inside. I approached the menu board and the lady greeted me and I didn’t say anything yet because I was asking my children what they would like and she rudely sighed in the microphone and said can she help me find anything so rudely and I was like no one moment I’m sorry , and then when I ordered she kept talking over me and I found that so rude. Once we got to the window she handed the drinks out so fast that I spilled one, then didn’t say sorry just handed me napkins. She was an older lady. Very rude.

Consistently failed to have online orders with 5 minute ETAs ready until twenty to thirty minutes after I arrived. I’m done dealing with hangry kids for half an hour while sitting in an empty lobby watching people come and go and seeing the drive through get one car every few minutes, then being told they’re “backed up” after I point out how long my order took.
You probably won’t wait half an hour in the drive through, but it’s clear online orders are the last priority, even if you’re already here.
