Friendly service, clean inside and out, food was hot and fresh. However this is on Arby’s corp, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken wasn’t more than 1/4 inch thick, there was twice that much breading. The McChicken has more chicken that your sandwich with it oversized bun and paper thin tomato slice for nearly $6.00. Fries, potato cakes and beef and cheddar sandwich were fine.

Stopped at this location on a road trip and WOW! I have never been so impressed with an Arby’s. We stopped here because one of my kiddos loves curly fries and the other loves roast beef, and we were so impressed. The restaurant was SO CLEAN, and we even heard the employees talking about how high their cleaning standards were. Our order was accurate and delicious, the condiment bar was well-stocked, and we interacted with three different employees that were so friendly and welcoming. The real thing that impressed me though? I have never seen such a clean fast food restaurant bathroom. I have a potty-training toddler, so a clean and safe bathroom is a must and I was shocked at how clean this one was. We will be adding this location to future road trip stops becuase it was such a wonderful experience.

Rolled in 30 minutes before closing order a Chicken sandwich and french dip. They had to fry the chicken It was a little wait but we were cool with it. Everything was very good and tasty nice job

Ordered two beef and cheddars, GM of this Arby’s fought and argued with me that I only ordered one. Only a tiny blob of sauce and cheddar on the one she DID hear. She got nasty when I asked her if they could put more cheddar and sauce on it. Super nasty to me and humiliated me in front of other customers. Had her employees laughing at me and making me and my family uncomfortable while we ate. We ate quick to get the hell out of there, even going so far as to toss my granddaughter’s food back into her bag and just let her eat in the car. My family and I overheard many comments and staff, especially GM, was making fun of me for being disabled and using a cane. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had and I can’t believe they have someone like that working as a GM. And of course, she made sure to call me a Karen and everything else because HOW DARE I COMPLAIN my order isn’t right. Good luck to anyone who happens to show up when she’s working. Especially anyone with a disability.

Pull up we r cooking fresh fries. Waited ok cool fresh fries. Bs. Ordered 3 fries got 2 they was cold and hard went in 2 get other fries they was hot and fresh. Do your job and have pride in it. Place sucks can’t do something simple and they lie. Asked for mozzarella sticks they said they were out. Then laughed about it. Awesome customer service
