The sandwiches I ordered was not right. They were not the correct sandwiches. I don’t need a refund. I just wanna let you know that I’ve ate there twice in the last month and both times they were wrong. I see. The next question is, what do you recommend? We have been to this location for or five times and each time I swear we will never come back. I have never seen a restaurant with so many problems. Yesterday we took our granddaughter and her family here and I wish we would have just went some where else. First we stood there waiting for what I assume was the shift manager argue at the register and never once acknowledged we were there. Wow! And then the cook came from the kitchen to at least take our order. Wow! Then went to get condiments and they were out so I went to the counter to tell them and maybe get some sauce, but I stood there for five minutes while the employees just walked by and didn’t say a word like can I help you? And the worst part was one of them was the manager. When I confronted her about poor customer service it was I didn’t know you were here. Wow! She has a new employee out front that didn’t know what to do, but the manager. Needless to say we will never be back and will tell everyone this was the worst customer service experience EVER!!!

Came in…noone in front of me. Waited at least 2 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The manager Bobbie was to busy fiddling with the hash browns to turn around and take my order. Ordered the burnt ends. They were ok. Nothing spectacular. No hi, how are you. She took my order, no thanks no it will be a minute. Not a word.she gave me my bag, I said thank you and again, not a word didn’t even look at me. Gotta love Customer Service. Wow

I went to Arby’s and I’m ordering my food and the person taking my order through the drive-through kept interrupting me rudely and wouldn’t let me get my sentence out with what I wanted to get to eat and then when we pull up to the window, we got ignored for 15 minutes and then you could hear the person who took our order. Be mad disrespectful towards us -10 out of 10 let me tell you.

Tables dirty. But food was good. We where there for an hour and no one came out to check tables. Food was fresh. Then they where fighting to get logged in to register with the fingerprint and would not let them in. Another couple left because of issue.
