First…guys, just skip the mac & cheese, you’ll just be disappointed. Yes, thats an item when I see it, I try it. But i’m warning you it’s just plain. The sandwich (chicken cordon bleu) and fries were good and exactly what I expected.

Ordered on-line. Workers weren’t attentive to customers waiting in line. 12 minutes after promise time I noticed my food sitting on a counter/ledge behind the counter. I inquired about it — it had Sat up there for nearly 10 minutes when I asked if that was my food. It was handed to me without apology. I ate in store and it was barely warm.

I came to have lunch at this location and this is by far my favorite Arby’s. The young man who took my order was so patient , kind, and always had a smile on his face. I was unsure what to get and Sesar recommend the steak nugget bowl so that’s what I got and it was delicious!! The food was fresh. I think it’s important to know when you have an outstanding manager like Sesar. Everyone that was working all had smiles and were working together. The lobby and bathrooms were very clean.

There are a lot of fast food places around my neighborhood that I don’t go to and will drive an extra 15-20 minutes to go to a different one down the road. This Arby’s isn’t one of those places. I’ve never had a wrong order from them, insides always clean and employees are always friendly.

i ordered two french dip meals and a classic roast beef mean and didn’t get one of the french dips i called they said come back so i drove all the way back then they didn’t comp anything or do anything about them messing up i worked at this location previously and everytime we messed something up we were supposed to to “make up for it” by comping it or giving them something for free

I came here with my two little boys, and there was such a long wait. We waited over 15 mins just to order our food. It seemed they had so many online orders to do & Didn’t pay much attention to the dine in customers. And then we waited at least 10-15 mins to get our food. The store was clean, but will prob not go to this store again cuz of the very long wait, and they didn’t do much to make up for the wait.

Plain disgusted. Would give negative stars if I could. I Went to the drive through around 945-10ish on 2-24-24 to get a chicken sandwich for dinner and should’ve known. By the atmosphere that it was red flags as the employees were rubbing their face , hair & scratching elbows while still handling goods
