Have you ever had a Meat Mountain at Arby’s? Probably not, it’s a secret menu item, it’s all I get when I eat at Arby’s. It has almost every kind of meat that Arby’s sells on one sandwich. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to get home and cook for my 2 yr old as he would be getting picked up soon so I ordered one from the location at 1848- Wright St today thinking I would give him the chicken strips from the sandwich and the fries, and I would eat the rest of the sandwich. So I get home to make him a plate and when I go to open up the sandwich to take the chicken strips off and half of the sandwich was warm and the other half was cold, like they heated up half of the meat and the other half of the meat was just pulled out of the refrigerator. I didn’t have time to return the sandwich so I immediately put the chicken strips in my air fryer and put the meat on a plate to microwave it. I called the location and spoke to the same young lady who had given me my food in the drive through, (she was super nice btw). I told her that half of the sandwich was cold and the other half was warm and she apologized and went to speak to the person who prepared my sandwich. I hear him tell her and I’m paraphrasing, “that is how we make it”. So she tells me what he says, and I let her know that I this isn’t my first Meat Mountain. I travel for work and I’ve eaten from no less than 15 different Arby’s establishments, not even counting the ones in the Omaha area, and I have never had a half hot half cold sandwich from any of them, let alone any other restaurant ever in life. She apologized and I told her not to worry about it. Honestly if that guy wouldn’t insisted that Arby’s sells sandwiches half hot and half cold I wouldn’t have even wrote this. If I pay $17 for a meal I expect not to have to go home and cook sections of it myself. I’ve worked in fast food and grocery stores so I am well aware of food temperature danger zones. Anyways whoever runs this location should look into that. Also you should give that young lady who served me in the drive through and took my call a raise. Her customer service skills are exceptional.

I don’t often cheddar my beak with Arby’s, it takes a real occasion to get in these doors. Today did not disappoint. In the area getting some work done on my car, so a quick walk and I am at the House of Roast Beef. Ordering through their app make things easy for me, letting me add mozzarella sticks for a dollar, with my whole meal coming out to no more than 9$. Within minutes of placing my order it was ready, all hot and fresh. The very kind lady at the front counter thanked me and followed up if I needed anything else, as to which she blessed my day with more BBQ sauce than I know what to do with. The restaurant is very clean inside and out. There are some very awesome decorations up that really just show this locations culture and how they care for their employees. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a culinary delicacy!

Holy shrinkflation! The chicken slider used to be an entire chicken strip on a bun. The chicken did not protrude out of the bun or cover the entire bun, very small and sad. My large curly fry didn’t even come close to filling the paper cup. My wife had the smokehouse brisket sandwich and it was so thin I thought maybe they forgot to put the brisket on it. Now I will say, the food was tasty as usual, there just wasn’t much of it and it was pretty disappointing.

Dined at 8 pm with 2 family members. There was one other person waiting for food and no one in the dining room. Ordered three combo meals with two sodas and a blueberry lemonade. I had to ask for the cashier to get my lemonade. I thought it tasted odd and not at all like lemonade. Went back to the counter with it only to learn she had made it from the bubbler that was currently undergoing a cleaning cycle!!
Waited forever for our food. Watched about 10 cars go through the drive through while we waited for our food. When it finally came, the wrap was wrong (same cashier who made me cleaning solution lemonade had entered it wrong). Waited. Waited. Waited. The rest of my party finished eating so I went up to see what the hold up was and the man at the counter said they were still waiting for it. Waited some more – went BACK up to ask again only to find out they hadn’t even started it. The cook came out and asked what I wanted on my club wrap – which was what they had erroneously made me the first time.
FINALLY got my wrap and it was fine-ish, with the exception of the pathetic excuse for tomatoes that were on it. It’s the height of produce season and these are the tomatoes you’ve sourced??
Do better, Arby’s. I won’t be headed back here again.

New steak nuggets are really just roast beef with BBQ sauce. They were served lukewarm and it took a long time considering they were not busy.

Went through drive through and ordered the Rb w/cheddar. The bun was stale, dry and probably hours away from molding. I cannot believe I was given this bun for my sandwhich. You guys are a new location, and what a shock usually arbys is good. Ended up eating just the now-cold roast beef by time I got home. First/LAST visit to 186th and wright st. arbys!

Ordered a large jamocha shake received a medium when I questioned the girl about it not being a large she said that was a large like this is my first time ordering it. Then we had to pull around to the side to wait for chicken for our chicken sandwiches and the chicken should have been hot which it wasn’t cheese wasn’t even melted which it should have been more then what it was if the chicken just came out of the fryer. Not a good experience at the arbys on 180th and Wright St. In omaha,ne
