Service here has improved lately but they are generally pretty skimpy with the sauce packets. 4 packets for my 4 sandwiches and a 4 piece potato cake?? If you go through the drive through make sure to ask for extra sauce or they WILL skimp you

I have not been to Arby’s in a long time but today I was craving their classic menu. I went to the location on 89th and West Center I was greeted and served by an amazing cashier and I apologize I forgot to get her name but today is Saturday and the time is approximately 2 PM. She gave me wonderful service and a great smile! Of course the food was good but she made the experience better! Thank you – Miss Porchea

Let me tell you about Noe!! The things I wanted were not available and had to be cooked fresh. Of course thats not what you want to hear at 9pm with an insufferable migraine on day 3. But he was so pleasant about it, and had to have started it right away, cause it seemed done in no time. His attitude was amazing and friendly as they come! Keep him close, he is special! Thank you!

I am temporarily disabled, and was disappointed to have to walk inside this store to order due to their drive thru software being down. I did so and was served promptly and respectfully ny Noe.

I then proceeded to spill my two large drinks all over the place as I was walking out due to my using a cane aid in walking. Rather than getting annoyed, Noe jumped to help and darn near forced me to let him walk me to my car as I left him and his coworkers with a massive sticky mess to clean up. You can get fast food anywhere but good service is hard to come by these days. I appreciate you guys!

We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. Jodi the assistant GM helped us. She was extremely helpful and courteous. Great experience. The thing I love is they accept expired coupons. The place was very clean. The orange sickle shake was awesome.

The guy running the drivethru window was just about as polite if not better, no he WAS better than ANY drivethru I’ve gone thru To him I say thank you.

However, to the manager on duty, in my order, when I am at the speaker ordering a large chocolate shake, this is where I should be told that the shake machine is down. NOT after you have charged my card for a $15.00 meal and offer a lemonade as compensation! That large shake is $5+ and I was given a drink of my choice. I took an ice tea but i feel like your store owes me the money back for that shake or just could have taken my name and number for another visit like most fastfood restaurants do.
I will say this, you did tell me, when I was ordering at the speaker, that you were out of a sauce for the jalapeño bites. So I told you to give me ranch. Guess what?? No ranch in the bags for either of the side items I ordered.
I will be contacting someone at your offices about how this issue was addressed. Other than that food was great workers were great and drive thru service was great.

I had higher hopes for this Arby’s I usually never have this problem but you guys have some nasty looking me and it smells odd. I think you guys need to throw the old beef out that doesn’t look good and don’t serve it to your customers cuz you’re going to get somebody sick and we’re going to sue you because of it

I’m also going to add this the fact that you guys want us to fill out this stupid paperwork that don’t even work.

If i could go without rating a star at all. The staff is so disrespectful. Was screaming and yelling at an employee so bad that 5 people in the lobby left and then they blamed the employee who was crying over being yelled at for it. I hope she got the courage to walk away. I will never be showing up to this location and i will definetly let it be known what type of people were hired for this location. So awful. No one should have to go through that and be treated like that, i dont care what position you have. Very unprofessional.
