We were greeted in a very welcomed manner by the employee. I was excited about getting the Philly-like sandwich but was told it was no longer available so I was disappointed but they had 2 for 7 ham & cheese which was a great option for us. Food came quickly and was at temperature

Went through the drive-though. Man took our order, was quick & friendly. Got the window paid, then man told us to pull up (so if other customers came) we sat for 20 minutes, then my husband pulled our vehicle in to parking spot ( we sat another 10 minutes, then my husband went inside.
▪︎ He got our food, no apologies, no free item, no refund, nothing. No customer service. We didnt have time to get with the manager. I will be getting with the corporate office.
▪︎They were not busy, no excuses, except for being ran like “Crap”.
Also we order fish sandwiches, they were awful, full of tartar sauce (little goes a long way), plus lettuce was so slimy…….
▪︎The were just trash, a waste if time & our money. Tried to scrap the tartar sauce/ lettuce off to while driving, just to get something in our stomach, after we had been driving 6.5 to get to Dodge City.
Save your time & money.

Why bother asking for UNSWEET TEA if you’re just going to screw it up and serve this sweet tea b.s.?!?!? My fault for not checking at the drive-thru. Glad I’m not diabetic. Worst. Arby’s. In. Kansas.

Out of beef… 30-45 min wait for more to make sandwiches. I think not. Staff was not friendly and more worried about playing around and flirting with each other rather than doing their jobs. Would not recommend.

Weird atmosphere, feels like you are dirty the whole experience. Staff was weird, and the guy names Justin didnt wash his hands… Food was alright but there was a hair in my chicken sandwich.
