INCOMPETENT- is the best way to describe this location. The first time I ate here the curly fries were cold, I go back tonight and order the 1 pound beef and cheddar, focusing on making sure my fries were fresh and hot only to get home and notice they gave me a 1/2 pound beef and cheddar (see picture) !! $13 for a 1 pound meal and here I am getting scammed again. This will be the last time I eat here!

Every time we go in Arby’s to eat, the staff is so friendly! I love the food and I notice they took down their televisions! I’m so glad they did! That gives people more of a chance to interact! (If they stay off their phones!) Our food is always prepared after ordered and is always warm when we get it. The women’s restroom is always clean with no odors. The floor area is always clean. We are just pleased going in and coming out of here! Good Food, good prices with ‘the box’, and always a pleasant experience!

Got the Ruben and steak nuggets. The steak nuggets were dry but pretty good. One steak nugget was fatty and I didn’t like that. The Ruben was delicious. Service was fast.

This Arby’s wins the prize for best customer service! We were greeted coming in the door and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Another employee was cleaning tables and asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. The conversations between employees and the supervisor were encouraging and positive. Seems like a great place to work. The food came quickly and the restaurant was super clean including the bathrooms. The new menu items are fun, too!

Pretty rough experience today for me and my family at this Arby’s. We got several items that were not great. We got one of the sliders for my kid and it had a tiny amount of meat on the sandwich. We frequently get the sliders for my kid and they are perfect. However today it had very little meat on it. We noticed before we had left and told the woman at the window and showed her the sandwich. She insisted that it was made correctly. At first I was pretty confused cause its never been so small before. I even mentioned to her that its supposed to be 3 ounces of meat and showed her the sandwich again hoping that she would either see that it was very light or offer me some sort of refund or a way to make it right. Nope. She doubled down on her first statement and said that every other Arby’s does it wrong and that this is the portion its supposed to always be. At this point I was flabbergasted and since she didnt offer me any way to make it better and just wanted to stare at me in an awkward standoff we just decided to leave and be done with it. We travel a lot and come through Goodland several times a year. We will not be eating at this location again. Theres a mcdonalds about 50 feet down the same road, I’m happy to eat there instead.

Crispy fish was gross and not crispy. Fries were shriveled and stale. Mozzarella sticks seemed ok but lost my appetite after a few bites of the fish. Threw most of it out. Granted, it was 30 minutes before closing, but that’s no excuse. Usually Arby’s is great but I don’t usually get fish—lesson learned.

They were busy but moved people through quickly. Sandwiches were good, but I should have stuck with my Beef and Cheddar favorite vs the Angus Cheesesteak.
