My Wrap was smothered in honey mustard. I had to scrap it off it was the dominant item. Plus the chicken should have been fresh especially for as long as it took. Gave three stars because the drive thru window lady was sweet! Even the bbq wrap was overloaded with bbq. Look at the pics below. Do better food preparation. You sucked – 1 star for yall. Incident occurred Sunday the 28th of September 2025 around 9 o lock. I ended up throwing them away- so nasty. Waste of money.

i ordered the crispy fish sandwich- it was NOT crispy. it was soft and soggy, texture felt like they just took out the microwave. fries nice and crispy. customer service was nice.

Got 4 beef and cheddars and there was barely any cheese. Also ordered a large curly fry and didn’t even add up to a small order. We did drive thru so we didn’t see anything until we got home.

Very expensive for food made with no care. No lettuce, green tomatoes, was a hamburger deal but because they ran out of the crinkle fries and used the curly fries we got charged more. If anything we should have been compensated. The shakes that came with the meal were small and the chocolate shake wasn’t chocolate. It tastes like vanilla that was slightly darker. You all know what I mean. Also they had bad attitudes. Won’t be back there. Seriously will spend my money where it’s appreciated and I’m treated like they are glad I’m there.

If only I could post negative stars. I rarely go out to eat and I haven’t had Arby’s in a while use to be my favorite. I’m like okay let’s give this a shot. Boy was I wrong. $12 for a medium number five? I feel like I over paid for small portions. the food was horrible and cold. it had a tomato the size of the sandwich itself. the chicken tasted like it’s been left out for a while it was even tough in some areas. Last time I’ll ever eat here.

I would not know how the food was because as we pulled into the drive-thru at 9:46pm they did not answer the drive-thru to take our order. They then shut the marquee lights off. Employees watched us as we attempted to get their attention then they looked the doors!

I’ve eaten here for years. Like most places the quality has gone down some and the price up quite a bit but overall still a decent meal and if you have coupons at a decent price. The recent remodel is really nice. One of the better fast food places in the area .
