The food was okay the fries were very stale. The service was great they were super friendly and informative when I asked about products! They also had an extremely clean establishment, even the bathrooms were impeccable so had to rate them well ❤️ will check back in on those fries later lol hopefully next time they’ll be fresh
Edit: went back today and honestly had an amazing experience. The food was fantastic and fresh everything tasted super great!! and was put together well I was very impressed with the staff thank you guys

Wanted to try the Wagyu burger, big mistake…it was a dry cold patty. Asked for fresh but seemed old and reheated. Curly fries were cool temp. Very disappointed. Should have chosen roast beef sandwich instead. Lesson learned. 2 bad combos $23+. South Rock Rd location

I tried the deep-fried turkey club sandwich and it was really good and the fail proof curly fries that I love were awful. They tasted like they’ve been reheated in the deep fryer a couple of times they were horrible, but the sandwich was very good. The young lady at the window was very pleasant.

I ordered from Uber eats, this location is less than 10 minutes away from me and I received my food in about 9 minutes. I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and a rootbeer. EVERYTHING was cold. The cheese was very old it was starting to separate. The mozzarella sticks was not fresh. The rootbeer was cold and very excellent. I very rarely leave bad reviews but I spent $18 on this meal and I can only stomach 4 bites from everything. The cheese honestly tasted spoiled. This was a night order so I understand being tired and overwhelmed but come on…

Deli thin sliced roast beef, ham etc. Jamocha shakes, curly fries and red ranch sauce. All good stuff from Arby’s. You can also get chicken sandwiches, deli sandwiches, jalapeno poppers and much, much more! Yummy.

This location no matter what you tell them only gives you a size small in your french fries in your drink and they do not give you sauce unless you keep telling them over and over and over again that you need sauce… I really hope management sees us and either teaches there in full. Use how to properly make drinks and sell the right containers for customers or figures out what is actually going on with this specific location because today I was charged for a large for both meals that I ordered and was still given the 20 ounce cups full of ice when I specifically said no ice in my drinks and they did not fill my french fries for my meals. They’re only a quarter of the way maybe half full after asking for sauce five times because I kept telling me that they didn’t have any they finally gave me a handful of sauce.

I couldn’t hear the lady taking my order in drive thru. I told her I couldn’t hear her so then she turns on a louder, sarcastic voice! When I got to the window to pay her attitude was as if I had disturbed her day. I had to pull forward and wait, a different lady brought the food out and she was very kind. We ordered the new fish stick combos. They were okay. The fish sandwich is awesome, please offer it all the time!
